I would put a 0 on it but I can't. Most Spanish courier companies are disastrous, but this is the worst. When you have a shipment from SEUR you know that on the indicated day you will not receive the package, that is if they do not lose it or they deliver it to you in poor condition. Unfortunately and apart there is no possible solution.
