I have lost a package and have not bothered to off...

I have lost a package and have not bothered to offer solutions or call. For more inri now I receive an email saying that the package has arrived and in truth I have not received anything. A joke in very bad taste this company. They are certainly professionals at doing it wrong. I've never seen so much concentrated incompetence. I would be ashamed as a company director to have one of the lowest averages on Google.
