Alan came to service my furnace and I was very pleased with his knowledge and thorough review & diagnosis of the system. The furnace went out on me and instead of just getting it running again he checked out the entire unit, found a few additional concerns and without hesitation fixed everything he could and set me up for parts that we d need to follow up on.
