This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. The tech, Cliff G., wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem and was clearly setting up a sale. He said he didn't have a fan in stock but could use the old one if it could be taken off. First he didn't have the proper Allen wrench(also claimed the screws were stripped out) and had to use mine(turns out they weren't stripped out), then he had the wrong hub puller (another company got the fan off in :30 seconds). He then said a fan was in stock and they could get everything working for $500 plus $165 for the work already done. Had he said the fan was in stock the work done wouldn't had to be performed so it was a clear money grab. Speaking with the office was no help. They hung on me and a representative has never called back like I was told. Then a salesman showed up the next day so clearly they do not have good communication inside their own company and still were looking for money out of a bad situation. For half the cost the other company(Midlands Maintenance) got me setup and earned a handsome tip. This was never about money, purely service and they failed miserably. Plus it was the highest temperature of the season at that point so leaving a customer without AC was an additional slap in the face. Wish there was a way to give less stars than one.
