This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. The tech, Cliff G., wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem and was clearly setting up a sale. He said he didn't have a fan in stock but could use the old one if it could be taken off. First he didn't have the proper Allen wrench(also claimed the screws were stripped out) and had to use mine(turns out they weren't stripped out), then he had the wrong hub puller (another company got the fan off in :30 seconds). He then said a fan was in stock and they could get everything working for $500 plus $165 for the work already done. Had he said the fan was in stock the work done wouldn't had to be performed so it was a clear money grab. Speaking with the office was no help. They hung on me and a representative has never called back like I was told. Then a salesman showed up the next day so clearly they do not have good communication inside their own company and still were looking for money out of a bad situation. For half the cost the other company(Midlands Maintenance) got me setup and earned a handsome tip. This was never about money, purely service and they failed miserably. Plus it was the highest temperature of the season at that point so leaving a customer without AC was an additional slap in the face. Wish there was a way to give less stars than one.

We love Service One!!! When I initially signed up several years ago I thought it would either be a waste of money or another insurance-type claim hassle every time I used it. It is neither.

I feel that my money is very well spent as the service is fast, on time, the repairs *work*, the staff are honest and efficient and extremely knowledgeable (unlike a lot of other places where it is just painful to have them in the house and they bring a lot of B.S. with them), the service call is a flat $25 - not matter how badly I've broken something, and the repair specialists are so courteous and really, really nice!

A special shout out to Tyrell D. who came yesterday. He came days before my scheduled appointment which I can't tell you how much I appreciate. I have a cat, five dogs (I foster and train) and an incontinent foster puppy, plus the family laundry. Being without a dryer over a very muddy - then snowy- weekend... it was ugly here.

Tyrell D fixed my dryer in about half an hour. He's been here before to work on my appliances and we love him! He doesn't mind the dogs and they love him. My laundry room is a tight fit but he just gets on with the job. It takes a lot of dexterity and agility to work in that confined space. He accurately diagnosed the problem in minutes and replaced the necessary parts. (Service One almost always has the needed parts on their truck so there is no need to wait days for them to come back.)

Tyrell D did an exceptional job. He is an exceptional person - kind, considerate, great sense of humour, hard-working, and a pleasure to be around.

As a single woman I feel safe knowing the Service One techs will be respectful and trustworthy, like Tyrell D. That means a lot.

Chris Merritt came diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repair. Once he was finished he explained the problem and how to prevent further issues. I was pleased with his professionalism and excellent work.

Technician was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable

They came out on a Sun. because my furnace would not shut off. Mike called twice and told me what to do and that he would be here in a couple of hours. He came in about 2.5 hours. He was able to partially fix it as it needed another part.

I love Service One. I've been with the company since 2010..when I call I get such courteous service..Cliff G.came out Thursday...the ac was out for days...temps 90"s...He worked tirelessly in the heat...back and forth inside, outside until he figured it out.. thanks Cliff and Service One!!...5 stars

Ryan has been servicing our equipment for the last four years we've been in our home. He is always courteous and professional. On this visit he diagnosed the need to replace our air conditioner condenser. Without our whole house service plan, this would have cost us over $1,000. ServiceOne doesn't just save us money, they provide us peace of mind.

Great customer service from Larry today! Fixed the problem, explained some peripheral issues that may have cause the problem, helped with other questions and worked very quickly. Thank you!

ServiceOne is a great business. This year we've really had a flurry of appliance issues, but the representatives are honest, respectful, and always willing to explain what they are doing and why. This particular time, there was a short in our thermostat which kept triggering the fuse in the furnace (no heat). We've also had dishwasher and washing machine issues. Always prompt and willing to go the extra mile. Our washing machine is in need of a $400+ touch board to fix its issues. Happy to have these folks behind us helping us get it done.

If your Technician is Mike the Plumber, you will be in for superior service from Service One! He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix a recurring problem with ease! Thank you Mike for your patience and outstanding commitment in doing an extraordinaire job!

We have had the service out to our house a few times and have been very pleased with the outcome. Personnel were very curtious and knowledgeable. Office staff also will to help set up appointments and pleasant to work with.

Alan was very helpful and solved the problem quickly. Will continue to use ServiceOne.

Alan D. was wonderful. He found that I had a gas leak in the furnace connections. I did not smell since I broke my nose in two places, therefore, I could not smell the gas.

I would recommend Alan to anyone. I hope that he can be the one to check my A/C and furnace each time.

I was just sorry that what he probably would be an easy annual visit to check the A/C turned into much more.

Israel M did an excellent job and was very courteous when doing so. He explained all the issues that he encountered and what the corrections were that he made. I am very pleased with his service and hope to see Israel the next time.

Cliff G diagnosed the problem with our AC promptly and ordered part immediately also was very courteous.

Cliff G did a great job. Got here early and got the job done quickly. Very friendly and professional . Chris M was here in January, review for him didn't get posted, he did a great job also! In both instances, ServiceOne has gotten a technician here quickly, always treated well by the techs and those taking the calls.

Cliff G. arrived within the quoted time period. He gave me a call prior to heading to my home. It was nice to have a heads-up that he was on his way. He quickly identified the issue and provided me different options (as well as explaining the pro and cons of each). I was pleased with his service and demeanor.

My furnace went out yesterday. The technician came out...had to get a part..long story short..my home was toasty warm when he was done. I just really appreciate everyone at Service One. Thank you!

I am rating the Service Pro only, "Cliff G", that represents Service One. He was extremely professional and even took an extra step to help me out to understand a few things with the air conditioning units and furnaces. I had some challenges with the overall "Service One" experience because of some back and forth on some phone calls and seemingly misinformation but Cliff came out and ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the service. He went above and beyond. Well Done!

ServiceOne promptly sent a tech to diagnose the problem. A part had to be ordered but within 2 days they had a delivery date and were calling to set up a installation appointment.

Lorin and John at ServiceOne did an impeccable job replacing my ancient, leaky hot water tank. They made a very professional and efficient team, and it was simply amazing to watch Lorin work--he's truly a superb plumber! I've used ServiceOne multiple times in the past and their services have consistently been stellar.

Ryan was a wonderful tech. He was right on time and very friendly. I have had Service One for 7 years and have always had great service. I highly recommend them.

Tyler was a true professional when providing the yearly maintenance

Alan deserves more than 5 stars!!!! He is awesome. My furnace went out on the absolute coldest day of the year. My daughter was home with the flu and it was 50 degrees in the house when I woke up. I called ServiceOne at 7:00am and Rita was kind enough to get me taken care of first thing that morning. Alan showed up at 9ish and worked earnestly until he figured out my thermostat was shot. A week later, Alan came back to install the thermostat and was here for a few hours. He did not rush and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. He asked me how I would like the thermostat programmed and we went through the settings until all my temperature preferences were saved. Great customer service and technical expertise.

We've been ServiceOne customers for a few years. The techs are cordial, but Steve B left an impression on my family and I that we won't soon forget. I'm no electrician, plumber, etc. However, Steve took me to school and educated me on a level that I could understand. He was extremely knowledgeable in his profession, down to earth, but not arrogant. We have a South African Boerboel (rare breed) who doesn't like strangers, but he loved Steve. This guy made quite the impression on my entire family, including the dog! LOL! He is an outstanding guy and definitely a great representative of your company!

I called to make an appointment yesterday, and was given an appointment 2 weeks out, but due to cancellation, Cliff G. came out to do a furnace inspection and help me figure out how to replace the humidifier canister. He was professional and answered all my questions.

Alan D was an excellent service professional!! He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I would definitely use Service One and Alan again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Making my appointment online was easy and quick. Chris M. called and told me he'd be at my house in a half hour and he was. He was polite and worked quickly to get my kitchen sink unclogged. He talked to me about things I could do to prevent this from happening and what causes these problems. I felt respected and comfortable talking with Chris.

Chris was polite and professional. It was a Sunday and it was a nasty job. He worked quickly, but didnt cut corners. Didnt waste time, which saved me money.

I had a service person to my house on Monday to unclog my bathroom drain. It was stopped up again today. Mike L came out and fixed the problem quickly. It is draining perfectly now. He was courteous and nice. When Mike first came he even spent a few minutes with my dog so he wouldn't bark the whole time.

Mike didn't charge me for this service today, since Service One was just out yesterday and the drain still wasn't working. Plus I had been charged $80.25 when it should have been $26.75 on Monday.

Joaquin was on time and professional while visiting my home and diagnosing what was wrong with our dryer. He fixed the problem and provided tips on ongoing maintenance which was helpful. Overall Service One has saved the day for us a few times. A/C issues, when our water heater went out and another with some leaky water pipes.

I pretty sure they must be good, but really had a bad customer service with them. Have to find another company.

Ryan was awesome! He called to confirm the appointment and make sure I was home. He showed up on time. He was in a great mood and was very professional. He answered all our questions. He did what he came to do in less than an hour and was on his way. We have had Service One for over 25 years and wouldn t use no one else! Thank You Ryan!

I purchased the home warranty through service one and used it as a first time home owner. They provide good work.

Prior to signing up, I saw that they offered a free checkup on my furnace as part of the home warranty. I called them and they told me that I would charged the service fee.

Alan helped me solve a few problems we werent even aware of and he was so curtious about entering my home and where he placed things! Very personable and friendly, he was there to work but doesnt ignore you either! Best service Ive had!

They came out the same day and repaired blower on furnace and replaced humidifier filter with one they had in stock on vehicle. Very quickly.

We were definitely pleased with Larry M. It was a hot day and we were so thankful that he came in time. He was super nice and courteous. Thank you so much.

I had them come out before I bought my house, they inspected everything and gave me coverage. About a month after moving in I noticed that my A/C was not cooling my house so I had them come out, they said my freon was empty and refilled it for free since they should have caught that during their original inspection. About 2 months later my A/C wasn't working again and when I called in they said they would fix it at no charge because they guaranteed their work. They came out and said its not working because my "A-coil" needed to be cleaned and I did not have a slot for a filter. They then took away my coverage and said they would fix it for $1000 and that my coverage wont return until it gets fixed. Even though they were the ones who approved it for coverage just months before. I ended up hiring a different company to fix my A/C and called service one to get my coverage back. They came back and checked and gave me coverage again. Then I just receive a call from them saying they billed me even though they came here and did nothing at all and they said there will be no charge. Be careful of this company they do not stand by what they say.

Had our hot water heater go out but Mike L got us back up and running the next business day. Very professional and provided lots of good tips. Also he was considerate and laid down sheets to cover our carpeting without us even asking.

Alan did a great job on my annual furnace PMI on 19 Nov 2020. He was very professional and completed a thorough inspection. He also changed the power humidifier pad for me that I had already purchased from an on-line vendor. He called prior to arriving to alert me he was on his way that afternoon. Very pleased with the service Alan provided. Also, was COVID compliant during this PMI service in my home.

I could not be more happy and satisfied with Alan D. today. He did a great job fixing the problem. Our AC is finally working. Having no AC for 3 days and dealing with other company that did nothing, going with ServiceOne was the best decision. The price and the service is all worth it!
