Called on a holiday weekend and followed up following business day to inquire about my appointment time. Didn't even have my name on the list! The reason for my call was to already cancel as another service company was at the property and fixing the issue less than 2 hours after calling. My AC unit went out over a 100+ degree holiday weekend so yes the call volume was high, but another company stepped up! First experience since the unit was installed with Service One, but this will certainly be the last.
