We have a "home warranty" with this company. 6 days and they still have not come to my home for service. It's hot (88 degrees in the house) and what did i pay for ...NOTHING! I could have had someone come sooner for the same cost of $75. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. I'm not expecting much when they do come to my home. My warranty expires soon so I am assuming this is a way not to do anything for me! I have one Star as they do answer the phone and the lady says," Sorry, I know how you feel". REALLY, because my kids are staying in a hotel, my husband and I took vacation time off work for an appointment that was canceled.
