We are so upset with the quality of service. We were going with Service One for our home warranty, and when they discluded a couple of items from our warranty, we were certainly not offended. We sought out repair options so they would be covered. However, when their service tech performed a service that caused our AC to stop working, they advised me that I MUST be wrong and their service tech COULDNT have done anything wrong. They refused us any sort of service including a potential repair. Ridiculously terrible customer service for our FIRST experience with them. First impressions are the lasting ones.
