I have not been able to use my Samsung washer sinc...

I have not been able to use my Samsung washer since November 2016!!!! Sears technicians has been out to my house 7 DIFFERENT TIMES!!!! My issue has not been resolved. I've missed work for repair appointments. On one appointment I had to miss work just to get a call the same day of the appointment stating the technician called off work and they had to reschedule me. Each time that they do come a different technician comes, just to state the last technician ordered the wrong parts. I got several parts sitting in the middle of my laundry room floor. They always leave a mess behind. They don't care. I think A&E does this to get paid for more service calls. A rep came out 12/4 and claim he fixed the issue.....Guess what??? The water doesn't fill into the machine and that wasn't even the original issue!!! I called the technician back 5 minutes later. He said he must have forgot to hook up one of the wires. This has been a total nightmare!! I got 2 sick people in my household, and I've spent so much money at the laundromat. They issued me only one $50 credit for laundry. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sears!!!! Go to the Abt store, Home depot, Jcpenney or anywhere besides Sears!!!

The Tech was on time made the repair very quickly, I was surprised at the time because, I've contacted them about this problem before and the process that longer but, Sears has upgraded and found a better way resolve this issue with the Kenmore refrigerator, good job.

I am giving Sears three stars not because of the excellent technician who fixed my dryer and ordered parts for my Kenmore dishwasher (5 stars!) but because Sears canceled on me TWICE (Zero stars). I spent an entire Friday morning at home and no one showed; I rescheduled and was canceled yet again! WHAT?! It's not as though I have 8 free hours in my work schedule to wait for Sears to show up. It's hard enough to find a four-hour window. And the best that they could offer me was $50 credit to my Sears Reward points program (or whatever they call it). Is it any wonder why Sears is close to bankruptcy?

The first guy that came out to diagnosis the problem was wrong and was not very pleasant. Had me wait for parts that I didn't need for almost two weeks. It turned out to be a simple problem which was fixed by the 22nd guy who was awesome.

Our refrigerator and ice maker and water dispenser was not working. We also had a water leak.The repair man was late, did nothing to fix the problem other than to tell us to where to go for a part on a hose and we needed to thaw out the freezer and clean a drain,. After that he asked if we wanted to buy a appliance warranty plan and was going to overcharge us for a non-productive call. You can't rely on Sears anymore.

The service guys were great. They identified the problem quickly, had the part with them and fixed it withing 15 mins. They were careful to explain everything and I was very happy with the job they did. Thanks Sears!

The guys who came to repair my refrigerator used our washer to adjust the door instead of using his own stuff. My husband asked him about the front panel of our stove which I removed from the Insurance and his response was get the coverage and then I can help you with that. They wouldn't allow me to schedule my yearly check up of my refrigerator at the same time of this visit. Of course when I called back to schedule the yearly check up they couldn't fit me in before my policy expired so I had to extend the policy to schedule a yearly check up that I should have been able to do at the same time. What a waste of peoples time.

I love Sears the technicians are great and helpful...

I love Sears the technicians are great and helpful and really give me some good advice how to keep the house safe. WE had a warranty for the oven for 5 years and the tech fixed the connection because their was a gas leak. The techs are awesome and really gave me some advice on how to keep the oven safe. I give them 10 stars if I could

The actual service person and parts etc were great. The time promised was horrible. I was given a time of service of 10 am to 2pm. Waited as 2pm came and went. At 2:15 I called and the recording told me that my scheduled time was 4 to 8. Talked to a rep who said that the tech was running late and she would call back with ETA. No call back. The person finally came at 5pm. If you have a whole day to wait.. great.

The technician arrived more than 2 hours late; he called to say he was running late about 1 hr., 15 min. after the appointed time. On the upside, he actually had the part needed on the truck, so he was able to complete the repair in one visit.

Its been two months without my refrigerator. Sears has sent four repairman, all said its repaired its not. I have a master protection program. It was a waste of money. Sears will not get another dime from me in their plans nor will I purchase another large appliance from them or anything else. I am disappointed, disgusted and would not recommend them for anything. After 43 years and thousands of dollars, it comes to this.

The reason for the call was for the dryer not drying. Technician inspected and diagnosed the issue. It was clogged and needed to be brushed and vacuumed. But he stated that another department handles that for an additional 150 dollars. My grievance is not with the technician, but with Sears Appliance Repair since the they could easily have resolved the problem for which I called, but didn t.

The technician that checked our heating units was very nice and helpful. It is the Customer service behind the technician that I have a problem with. These heaters are increasingly becoming a frustration. Step by step:

We called for service on one unit back on 10/2 or 10/3. Our appointment was on Wednesday 10/07 and I will be out of town. My mother is available to let the technician work. I receive a call from the technician telling me that the unit is out of warranty, but the second unit is covered. Keep in mind that BOTH units were installed same day within hours of each other, and when offered the extended protection, my father agreed to cover BOTH units. We had to cancel service until we straightened this out.

Returned from my trip and called to straighten out the warranty issue. now both are covered. Schedule service again. Technician comes out on 10/17. Discovers gas valve faulty and calls to order part. Tech puts operator on speakerphone so I can hear parts will be delivered Tuesday for install on Wednesday 10/21. have receipt that says so.

Thursday 10/22/15, call to find out what happened yesterday, discover appointment was rescheduled for 10/28/15 because part never arrived on time. We were never notified of the reschedule. My parents have been without heat for 3 weeks now. Not satisfied at this point. However as I said before, not technician's fault. All issues are happening with the customer service side.

Beening waiting since may 12th first 41/2 months or them to fix my washer now a month and a half to deliver my new washer paid good money for insurance on my washer shouldnt have to go thought this.2 times now had to take off work for delivery and they didnt come or call or email its like they think they are royalty and you are at there beck and call forever very disappointed in sears they seam to go down to the worst service ever .

Santiago was outstanding, my only concern was he came into our home w/out a mask or gloves during this stay in place time. I was shocked Sears is even allowing their technicians to do house calls during this time. But I'm glad they did and he was great.

Technician looked at the fridge, unscrew a cover off the back put it right back and said your yearly maintenance check is done. Less than two minutes he spend doing that. What kind of maintenance is that? Did not check anything.

They explained some things to me of which I was not aware. I appreciate that. I have been a Sears customer for decades and trust the warranty services I have had and currently have. Thank you.

The gentleman who came to check out our ovens was ...

The gentleman who came to check out our ovens was very polite and mannerly. However he did not try very hard to find a solution to the problems we have been having with our (2) stoves. First of all, he was much more intent on making sure the payment was made then that the stoves were fixed. He fumbled with the smart phone payment process, could not make that happen, and insisted upon a credit card payment (which I was able to offer). He looked online for the possible repairs, but did not pull either stove out, or look into their inner parts. He gave up without trying to come up with a creative solution. We are still without the use of an oven.
At this point I would not call on Sears again for any repair. I have other private options and will pursue those in the future.

The technician was horrible, he was late every time he came. My refrigerator didn't work the second time he came back so he had to come back again and boi did he complaint, even do my guy was kinda upset about the fridge being out for 1 1/2 week so he was complaining to the technician. But then the technician started telling us we don't appreciate him, he have to do all this running around and he's not perfect and so on, and all I want was my fridge fixed. He is unprofessional and act like he do not like his job.

Scheduled appointment b/w 10-2. No one ever called to let me know they were running late or showed up. Called at 3:00pm to see what happened and the person on the phone said he's running behind. Thanks for telling me. Waited all day to a no show with no updates. Never using again.

Sears repair service has gone down in quality in the last few years. It seems they only use subcontractors now and what used to take 1 visit to diagnose when they had their own repairmen, and used to carry parts with them, now takes 3 seperate trips because they have to order everything and they schedule the visits weeks apart. Like pulling teeth this experience has turned into.

This service sucked. I had an appt. between 8am and 1pm Saturday, the tech called at 4pm and said he'd be another hour(5pm). Then when he got here, he noticed my smoke and carbon monoxide combo wasn't working so I purchased 3 from him at $58. He twisted the old ones off and twisted the new ones on to the existing plates in the ceiling on each floor. No drilling was required. Since no drilling was required, the technician decided he would take the screws with him without permission. I didn't notice he took them until I read the package that said they were included. When I called Sears to speak with a manager, the rudest phone operator named Vane told me I had to reschedule the appt. for that tech to come back and she rescheduled it. She was so nasty and hung up before I finished talking. Of course, that tech didn't come back someone different did. I explained everything to her. She gave me her regional manager's number to complain( last name Arroyo). I left a message never to hear from him. I called Sears again to speak to a manager only
to speak with someone else who didn't have the story clear and told me don't call them back they will call me back.
So I initially called Saturday (day of service) , Monday, and Tuesday for assistance. On Tuesday, I spoke to Laura(complaint dept) about everything and she called back and said the technician who works 20 minutes away said he didn't know when he'd be back in my area and he would mail the screws. I asked Laura about the prices of the smoke/carbon detector being so high ($58 each), and told her the same ones were at Home Depot for $25. I asked if they could price match because I feel like I've been taken advantage of and if I was going to pay $58 I needed everything that comes with it. No one

Her manager said no because the technician had to install them (remember he took the screws with him and just twisted on the new ones to a plate previously installed by someone else ), they don't price match and they would be happy to give me a refund. No one is concerned about my inconvenience even though I'm a long-term customer in good standing. You guys suck! This adds to the inconvenience in the spring when the tech came out to check the AC without a ladder even though I told the person I scheduled with on the phone that they would need a ladder because the AC is on the roof . I had to reschedule that this year and last year because the technicians were not prepared . You guys excell in inconveniencing me at my expense and time. This is by far the worst service. Prices and all !

My experience was horrible, after having a warranty for my ice maker since 2013 sears Rufused to service it when I needed it. Upon purchase of the item there were no stipulations known to me about placement of this item. Now I have to purchase another ice makers repair services which is costly to me in time as well as monies. I'm done with Sears company. Didn't want to award any star

Horrible it took them about a month of running back and forth to try to get somebody to fix my washing machine two different technicians were out there twice with the promise of returning in fixing the problem but never did Sears really needs to go back to sending out their own technicians instead of subcontractors

I live in Chicago area and I had the worst experie...

I live in Chicago area and I had the worst experience with Sears on Friday June 16, 2017. Someone came to my house on Tuesday on June 13th to check on my oven. He recommended to change the circuit board. He looked for parts in his computer and he found out they will be delivered on Friday June 16th. So het setup an appointment for parts delivery before 1pm and service call between 1pm and 5pm.

On Saturday June 17th I had a graduation party for my daughter and oven was everything for cooking. So when the technician who came to our house guaranteed that the oven will be fixed on Friday, my mind settled down and I never looked into other options to fix the oven.

Come Friday June 16th, by noon parts were delivered, great. About 1:30pm I called to check on the service call. I was told the technician was enroute and I'm #9 on his schedule and he will be at my hose around 2:39pm. That was great news.

However, the technician NEVER SHOWED UP .... he was NO SHOW after waiting at home till 7pm. You can see how desperate I was. You can tell where this is going. The cooking the following day was a terrible experience without an oven. Sears ruined the graduation party of my daughter. SEARS IS THE WORST VENDOR ever!
