Sears repair service has gone down in quality in the last few years. It seems they only use subcontractors now and what used to take 1 visit to diagnose when they had their own repairmen, and used to carry parts with them, now takes 3 seperate trips because they have to order everything and they schedule the visits weeks apart. Like pulling teeth this experience has turned into.
