The gentleman who came to check out our ovens was ...

The gentleman who came to check out our ovens was very polite and mannerly. However he did not try very hard to find a solution to the problems we have been having with our (2) stoves. First of all, he was much more intent on making sure the payment was made then that the stoves were fixed. He fumbled with the smart phone payment process, could not make that happen, and insisted upon a credit card payment (which I was able to offer). He looked online for the possible repairs, but did not pull either stove out, or look into their inner parts. He gave up without trying to come up with a creative solution. We are still without the use of an oven.
At this point I would not call on Sears again for any repair. I have other private options and will pursue those in the future.
