I am giving Sears three stars not because of the excellent technician who fixed my dryer and ordered parts for my Kenmore dishwasher (5 stars!) but because Sears canceled on me TWICE (Zero stars). I spent an entire Friday morning at home and no one showed; I rescheduled and was canceled yet again! WHAT?! It's not as though I have 8 free hours in my work schedule to wait for Sears to show up. It's hard enough to find a four-hour window. And the best that they could offer me was $50 credit to my Sears Reward points program (or whatever they call it). Is it any wonder why Sears is close to bankruptcy?
