My experience was horrible, after having a warranty for my ice maker since 2013 sears Rufused to service it when I needed it. Upon purchase of the item there were no stipulations known to me about placement of this item. Now I have to purchase another ice makers repair services which is costly to me in time as well as monies. I'm done with Sears company. Didn't want to award any star
