My salesperson was William Steiner, I had been looking all over the country for a particular car and found a few the fit my needs. But the professionalism from William was what made the difference. I was in the car business for many years, and expected quick replies to my emails and calls William did that immediately. I live in NH and purchased a 2017 S550 sight unseen with many pictures and videos sent by William. I would definitely recommend William and Sears imported autos.

My 2008 BMW 535ix got old and ready to trade in for a fun car. After 2 weeks of looking called Endre who showed me the right car - BMW 328ci - after a short negotiation could not leave without my new car.

Also I took my daughter's Mercedes C280 and my BMW 328ci to Sears Imports for check ups...
The received service was great. - Reasonable priced (better than any other local shop), They were very polite, knowledgeable about my car, and I got a new Mercedes as a loaner. What else can I ask for?
Lance keep me in the loop and called me and text me when the car was ready and what was done on my car. Even he made some recommendation on safety...

I felt I was their "customer". I left with a very good experience.

I would recommend Sears Imports Service any time to my friends.

This place is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. I have never had such a bad experience buying a car especially a Mercedes Benz. I bought the car from New York without test driving it, because the salesman Boris (A Perelman) assured me that there was absolutely no problem with the car and that it runs and drives perfectly. The sale process took over two weeks before I could be able to get the car. When I sent someone to pick it up, after just 30mns the driver called and sent me videos to show me that the blinker switch and the blind spot were not working. As usual, the flimsy salesman (Boris) would not take my calls. Later, I sent him back the videos and he still refused to take my calls. I had to call several times, to finally be able to talk to a manager before I could talk to him. I sent the car in an MB dealership and the diagnostic shows that the vehicle s STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE is defective and will cost $1290 (before tax and diagnostic cost $181). For my license plate and registration, he replied to my email by asking me, if they are supposed to register the car for me, even though I have been charged for all kind of registration fees (registration tax, title transfer fee, document administration fee, motor vehicle sales tax) and even for a $225 notary fee and. Per this question, this guy may be the most incompetent and dishonest salesman. This place and this salesman (Boris) should probably be selling fake watches in Manhattan instead of cars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, AS THE OTHER REVIEWS SAID, THIS MB DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Here's the deal with SIA; they're first in every way. Two recent experiences with them. #1 was the car buying experience with Mike Popp; we were on the lot with my wife's car; who was intent on another brand vehicle purchase other than a MB. After our test drive in a used C300 (if Mike hadn't mentioned it was used we'd have assumed it was new) we were immediately swayed by the positive experience of low pressure almost invisible presence of a "salesman." Mike pointed out the safety features, the almost unlimited accessories and ease of operation with controls to take full advantage of MB engineering to gain the right ergonomic driving position for comfort and visibility. Kelley in the finance department couldn't have made the purchase easier or more clearly defined terms in the contract and the obvious advantages of financing through Mercedes Bends. Okay, purchase experience was impeccable now the next unplanned event happened that heightened our already five star experience with SIA. After driving the car home to Duluth we had the vehicle parked and were the victims of a hit and run which tore off the right side passenger mirror. After the shock subsided we made the call to Sears Import Autos Service Dept. Within minutes a replacement mirror was ordered and a service appointment made at a convenient time for us. We arrived for the appointment and were greeted by courteous and friendly staff; not just parroting they were. Met with Lance signed a document for work and within a very reasonable time our vehicle was repaired, washed and ready for the trip home. Bought a MB hat and a license plate accessory while waiting for the repair since it's obvious at this point there won't be another dealership that will compare with the service offered at SIA. The step up to MB and SIA wreaks with five star ratings in every way!!!! As the old saying goes: "Try it you'll like it."

That review is mostly because of one service rep, Scott Anderson.I scheduled an appointment to drop my S63 for service on Thursday 9.30am, initially I'd prefer 9am but my advisor said he starts at 9.30 so I said ok. I got to the shop at 9.25 with my 4year old before his school. Scott wasn't there so the guy on the front said he'll be here any minute. At 9.40am Scott finally showed and instead of an apology for being late he offered me a breakfast burrito which he was caring in a paper bag? That was very weird but anyway, I left my car, got a loaner and left. Later that night he called me and said that they will be finishing the alignment first thing in the morning and he will call me and let me know when I can pick up my car. Friday came, No call, Saturday came, No Call. So finally Saturday afternoon I called to inquire about my car to find out from his voice mail that he will be out till November 16th??? Really Scott, not professional at all.... You should have tel someone to at least call me and keep me posted.
And since it was almost 3pm on Saturday I couldn't make it to Sears so I waited till Monday to pick up my car. Lance was the one that helped me whine picking up, he did an ok job. Overall I am not very happy with Sears, I have been going to carouse Audi for about 10 years now and have never had a bad experience, here I drove in with a very expensive Mercedes and I was treated like I was walking into a Kia dealer or worst....
I am also a business owner and I do know how important customers are, Scott Anderson on the other hand.... Not so much...
I was expecting a email with feedback link from you which I never got therefore I am writing here in Yelp and will also post on google and Mercedes website if there's an option.....

After researching the MB SLK for three years, reading reviews and dreaming of actually driving my own ... spending countless hours looking for that vehicle meeting all of my criteria, I came across THE car at Sears Imported Autos in Minnetonka, MN. I live in Cincinnati, 733 miles away. How was this going to work? I put my skepticism aside and called the number in the listing. What a lucky day for me when Sears Imports Salesperson EXTRAORDINAIRE John Mulligan answered the phone. John, and Kathy Carlson in the finance department, walked me through the process. It was incredibly easy and painless. I felt confident that I had made the correct decision to purchase my dream car from Sears Imports. I opted to have the vehicle shipped, and that too was handled easily, and I was informed all along the way. I have no regrets and would purchase another vehicle from John Mulligan at Sears Imports. Watching my dream car arrive on the flat bed was like having Santa and his sleigh land on the roof of my house! Love this car!!! Vroom Vroom!

I was interested in a used 2013 BMW 335i MSport they had recently. I had to wait around for a long time, and no one was helpful. No one seemed to know anything about the car, and after waiting around for a long time I decided to leave, upset.

I ended up coming back after eating lunch since this was the only M Sport around, and was finally helped by Endre. I was pretty much ignored by him the whole time and even though he answered all my questions, I didn't believe half of the things he said. I pointed out a couple dings, scratches, and curb rash on a wheel and he said all that would be taken care of. B.S.! Like they are going to fix all that because he mumbled to me that it would be fixed.

He was in too much of a rush to deal with me and was on his phone the whole time. He even rudely asked me "So, are you gonna buy the car or what?" I said no thanks, and bought one from an owner out of state rather than this dealer.

I love and enjoy visiting Sears Imported Autos because of the excellent customers services. Everytime I am there, I would always looking for a one sales person named John Mulligan to say hello and get updates on cars, because in March 2018 he sold me the two beautiful luxury 2015 Mercedes (S550 & E350 4Matic). At first, John didn't aggressively came on to me to sale cars and I liked that, so I was the one came on to him with many questions and found out that not only that he had a great knowledge in car sales but also great personality and character. I considered him now as a friend and a businessman.

This has been the worst, most exorbitant and point...

This has been the worst, most exorbitant and pointless service I have ever had! If I could give negative starts in would. After spending nearly $500 this place returned the car in exactly the same shape with simply an oil change and some fluids topped up. My ac fan isn t working and They charged me to re-check the things that had already been checked (which I told them) then found (Obviously) that wasn t the issue (which I already told them) and then asked me to authorize an additional $350 for more tests that should have been done in the first place. They were also more than a full day late! I am Furious. Go to a private mechanic! NEVER GO HERE! Absolute waste of time and money!! Pure Highway Robbery!!

Shady practice. During the sales process I was offered to purchase prepaid maintenance and was told that it could be cancelled and refunded back if not used. Now I find out that this was simply not true and I can't get even a partial refund for services that will not rendered. All I got from the finance department was "I'm sorry". In this day and age where dealerships should be customer focused this is extemely disappointing. Loved the car but this is unacceptable.

Went to the auto show and came home to look at reviews. Was surprised to see that someone had given Soroush a poor review because he was nothing but personable and helpful with us. It would seem to me that this uppity snob is so caught up in his pretentiousness that he misunderstood Soroush's demeanor as too casual instead of personable, open, and honest. Will definitely be in to the dealership to test drive a GLK.

I took my Mercedes in for service, when I arrived they checked me in and told me they were working on getting a loaner car, after a long wait they said they were out of loaners and they were waiting for a rental car to arrive. After waiting about an hour they showed up with a Ford Focus as a loaner car. I m sorry but Mercedes driver or Chevy driver, you probably don t want a Ford Focus loaner car! Next day they call me and say they have an hour of diagnostic into the vehicle and they need to put another 3 hours of diagnostic into it before they will know of it is covered by warranty so they say it will cost over $400 just to figure out if warranty covers the problem. I told them, no way, I would pick the car up and take it to another shop. Went to pick it up and drop off the loaner (they knew I was coming and had over 2 hours notice. When I got there I still had to wait over 30 minutes to get my keys as they were washing the vehicle. It was nice that they still washed it for me however I will not be returning here for service or a purchase. By the way, I have purchased/serviced 5 Mercedes from Sears over the last 10 years

Customer service is horrible you assume for the money you spend on a Mercedes it would be great I sat there for a half hour just to drop my car off well they sat and talked to each other . Then I wanted a mid size suv for a loaner so I could test it and allow my wife to drive it . Well there was a snow so she wasn t able to drive it so i called to try and loan it for another day and told them to charge me whatever but that was a no I needed to have it back by 6pm regardless of the dangerous road conditions. If you ask me it s not smart choice on there end because then could of sold a 50,000 dollar vehicle if they would learn how to treat people

This is a well long overdue review. Back in December I purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 from Sears. I'm so glad I went here. Being only 20, not many dealers take you seriously. Here at Sears I got the utmost respect. Boris was great! so kind, friendly, and caring. I was walked through the entire process and got a great reliable car. I go to school in Milwaukee and this car handles well going to and from Minneapolis to Milwaukee and driving on city streets. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Had my G550 B maintenance service done. Bill Blume was awesome! Not only did he ensure the B service was completed on time, he also saw some rub marks on the front wheel fender and used something to get them off, looks like new, no additional charge. Also brought in ML350 a few days later for B service, Bill did a similar check on the exterior, got rid of rub marks AND touched up a few areas where dots of paint were missing, again no charge! Awesome customer service from the Service Department, especially from Bill. Thanks much!

Instead they looked at me and turned away and didn't help since they must've thought this 25 year old man came in here to just check them out instead of buying a car. Therefore I left and headed over to Feldman Mercedes in Bloomington and now have the 2018 GL550 that I wanted, is now in my garage. Very poor service at Searz.

Sear's is a stand up dealership that has always treated me fairly. I have bought several cars from Rob Suess and have been happy with all of them.

My only complaint is they switched the brand of complimentary bagels in the waiting room, the new ones are terrible.

I am writing this review after several bad customer service experiences in last 1 year, prior to that i was pleased with the service I received. Now their team either do not understand the importance of customer experience or they are negatively biased towards some of their customers of different race. For new car buyers - they will scam you with offerings like their Gift Card and unlimited Free car washes. Most of the time their car wash is broken and they make it super hard to get a car wash appointment. I was shocked when they did not honor their own Cash Reward Card ! They do not care to respond to your feedback on their website. I will not recommend SEARS unless you do not have any other option.

I can say that the service at Sears is outstanding. The entire staff goes out of their way to ensure that I am happy with each visit. Consistently, when I bring the vehicle in, services are performed as anticipated and the vehicle is there clean for pick-up.

I feel as though I were taken advantage of. After searching on CarGurus, which is a great application for those looking for a vehicle, I have found one I liked! I was contacted and prompt fashion and replied by sales accociate by Lisa sales associate (great job by the way, Lisa), "I will be there the following morning". I received an email from Jon Kutsch the following morning confirming my test drive. On the way to the dealership, (literally driving to) I was emailed again that the vehicle had actually been sold last night, unfortunately. How can you sell me a car that has already been sold? How will my time and money be compensated for? Will another opportunity like this happen? I haven't been this upset and let down before.

As usual, the team at Sears Imports did a great job servicing my R350.
In addition to the routine maintenance performed, the Service Adviser offered to search for a replacement part given that the OEM price for that same part new would be about 3-4 times the cost of a used replacement part, albeit the part might not be readily found given the demand for this particular item. Nonetheless, the offer was above and beyond my expectations and truly appreciated.

Everytime I go to SIA they are great to work with! Before I bought my Mercedes I remember dreading scheduling a service appointment, it was the last thing I wanted to do. With Sears it is completely different, they usually get me in right away, hand me the keys to a courtesy car and I am on my way. Alan usually calls with a quick update and I grab my car on the way home, always clean and always way better than when I left it. I appreciate it very much. My friend and I were discussing the ups and downs of owning a little bit nicer of a vehicle and the service received by you and your staff is definitely a plus! Thanks again.

When you re buying your dream car, you look far and wide to find the perfect fit. Who would have guessed we d find it 1,700 miles away from our home. Our beautiful 2009 Mercedes SL 500 was purchased by phone calls, email, text messages and Fed Ex. Our salesman, John M. and the staff made the whole process hassle free. We were even able to have our vehicle delivered to our home. If I lived in Minnesota, this would be my go to for my next vehicle purchase! If you re in or near...Just go! You won t be disappointed!

Since I put my foot in Sears Import Dealership to have a driven test, until buying my GLK350 and then having a small nail in my under 3000miles car, the customer service I had, was Excellent.
I had been treated as family in this dealership. I never had a better experience in my life, buying and servicing a car.
The service people had my tire change in no time. Waiting time was a breeze within this well maintain and full of goodies (best coffee, and cookies), facility.
From now on, this is my home dealership.

These guys were great and very trustworthy! We ordered a used car online, sight unseen, and had it shipped to Texas. Eric shot us a custom video and was super to work with. The car arrived quickly, and we were so happy with the condition and the price. The entire transaction was extremely easy and we'd certainly do it again. They even filed all the paperwork with our local DMV to make the out of state registration process easy. Also, we found a bit of damage that wasn't covered in Eric's video, so we informed them, sent a couple photos, and they sent us a check to cover the repair cost within 3 days - wow - couldn't believe how well they put their customer's needs and feelings first, as compared to a few other dealerships we've dealt with. They simply did 'the right thing' without question. Can't say enough about their level of integrity. Cheers guys and thanks for all your help we love our new car!

John Drewitz provided great service as the sales rep, as did Jennifer Parker in finance. Everything went smoothly, they were fair on my trade-in and I felt well taken care of. They do it right. I will buy from them again.

Looked at a BMW and an Audi and just wasn't wowed. Went to Sears Auto and saw a dark blue GLC 300 coupe on the lot and immediately fell in love. I knew that was my car. When I walked into the dealership Soroush greeted me with a big smile and when I told him I was interested in the GLC his smile got bigger and he said it was a great car. We talked about the features, went for a drive, talked price, talked trade in and I went home with the car of my dreams. The entire process was professional, fun and low pressure and the dealership gave me an extremely fair price for my Honda CRV. Soroush is the salesperson you want to work with at Sears Auto.

In two words, the entire experience with Sears Imp...

In two words, the entire experience with Sears Imports was "first class". It started when I scheduled a test drive on a Saturday morning through Sears Imports' website and within 10 minutes Dave Tobin had contacted me about the afternoon appointment. When we arrived, Dave was quick to point us towards the car we had selected and thoroughly described all the features with a energy that we didn't see at other dealers.
The test drive and the car overall were great but that was just the start. We actually went to other dealerships afterwards and continued to gravitate back to Sears 1) because it was a great car and 2) Dave's ability to create a great client experience. Over the next week, I traded several emails with him as I found particular models that I liked (probably a bit of overkill to be fair) and we agreed to come back in the following Saturday.
Once we nailed down the exact car, the process was pretty straightforward and whether it was working with Dave in talking more about the car or Jennifer Parker in processing the financial side of things, the experience was great.
Even having the protective film put on the car just a few days later exposed me to the service department where Lance and Terry helped me out and set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day. It couldn't have been easier.
All my interactions with any one person at Sears have felt personal and at a time where the differences between different manufacturer's vehicle offerings are minimal, feeling that my business is valued made all the difference in this case.
When it's time to get another car, the first call that I make will be to Dave at Sears Imports.

Went to 3 other dealers before stopping at sears imports(because it was on the other side of the city for us). Wish I would have came here first! Endre and Brian were our 2 salesman. They got us a great used GLC at a great price with no games! The other dealerships were a complete waste of time! They have earned our business on the next vehicle for sure. They even delivered the car to us with a bow on it and went over all the options and how to use them. That was over the top!

One of the best dealership experience my wife and I have encountered. We were greeted right away when we walked in. We had no appointment, but David Ruben made time to see us immediately. We purchased a used Infiniti, and couldn't be happier. Kelly in the finance department was very helpful. Kent the manager checked up periodically, and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff, service, and price were beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

I brought my E350 in to repair a scratched door panel and check on any potential service required. The Service Advisor, Lance, made the necessary arrangements with Mike Gelakoski, Body Shop Foreman. I receive the vehicle within 3 days, as promised, and it looks as good as new. A perfect match in the paint job. I briefly visited with Mike before it went into repair. He and his staff are the best. A very kind, thoughtful and competent team that makes the process easy and lets you rest assured the product will meet or exceed your expectations. Lance and the team of Service Advisors are the best! They are thorough, communicate closely and follow through on the matters at hand. I have been a client of Sears for over 25 years and will say they have never let me down. I whole-heartedly recommend Sears for sales, service and body work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having my truck serviced at Sears is excellent from start to finish. It's easy to make an appointment, I get to use a new car while mine is being worked on, and to top it off, they wash my truck so it's clean when I get it back.

I've never had to go back because something was done wrong. They are polite and always one step ahead. I am SO glad I bought my truck at Sears!

I was looking all around the Twin Cities for a Ran...

I was looking all around the Twin Cities for a Ranger Rover Sport and landed on one I liked at Sears Imported in Minnetonka. I set up an appointment. The appointment went well and negotiated some pricing with the sales people. While test driving it, I noticed it pulled to the right and asked them to align the wheels before I bought it. They assured me it wast just tire pressure and they'd fill them up. So I purchased the car.
My list of issues with Sears in just 2 months:
1. The tire pressure warning has gone off 3 times in 2 months. It's been in the service already and didn't fix it and still pulls to the right. The tires constantly look low.
2. The CD player doesn't work and I've made 3 contacts about it: An email to my sales guy, an email to the woman I purchased the elite warranty with and finally a call to just go in for service.
3. When I took the car in for service, they said it would be just one hour so I wouldn't need a loaner, I could just wait since it was during a work day. In the second hour of waiting, he said it was almost done. After three hours of waiting I went back and said I really needed to get back to work. He said it wouldn't be much more. FOUR hours later, I went back and said I need my car back to leave, it's been far too long, so he then wrapped up the fixes. The tires STILL are not fixed. The CD player is still not fixed.
4. He said he was going to talk to his service manager about the CD player and would call me in the next 2 days. After 4 days, I called back and left a message for both him and the service manager. NO call back. After a week, I called back and talked to the receptionist and he was out until Monday. I asked that she explain to him that I had called 3 times and never heard back and she said she would pass that on and would be sure he'd call me back on Monday. He never did.
5. I paid $3,000 for the best extended warranty on the vehicle but it's been this big of a hassle and no one calls back I'm wondering how good it is.

It doesn't seem that once you buy your car, they have any interest in serving you. Or if it's because I purchased a non-Mercedes vehicle from them, then they shouldn't sell them.

All in all, I have recommended friends and family not purchase from them, including a friend who was looking at SUVs last week. The sales guy is very friendly, but no follow through on any of the employees parts beyond getting the cars sold or following up later to sell more rims, etc.

Worst Customer service ever. Will not purchase here again SEARS IMPORTED AUTO They only care about selling you a car. Customer service is worth 0 stars!!!

My car was under warranty I brought it in for a repair due to an engine problem they decided that they will also service it. Because there was an engine problem on a 2018 car with mileage a little over 9000, I took a loaner car. They did not disclose all the rules about the loaned car and all the fees. First stated they will not charge me. Then decided that they would even if they have a recording stating that they won t. After I argued with them stated that I won t be given a loaner car anymore. They think that they can charge people and do whatever they want without their agreement. They violate their promises when you buy a car from them. Being a customer does not mean much to Mercedes.

Sent an email asking if I could test drive a C300 with only 30-minute notice; Mike Bakeman responded within minutes and said that'd be fine. Got there, he was busy with another customer, but took the time to get me the keys and let me take a spin on my own.

Loved the car; he was still with another customer, but explained the process, got me the financing application, and planned to come in the next day during his off-hours to complete purchase.

Next day we met - Mike was upfront about previous accident on the C300 before I agreed on price, negotiated and got me a great offer on my trade-in. Financing was fast and didn't resort to high pressure tactics to agree to more warranties, etc. Upfront, showed options for warranty coverage, signed and was done inside of 10 minutes.

I highly recommend Sears. The pricing on their site is on-par with NADA guidelines, and they offer fair trade values for your car. Every other dealer I went to inflated the value of their car by 3 to 4k, and low balled me on my trade-in by 1 to 1.5k.

Do not waste time looking at other dealers for your Mercedes. Come to Sears and ask for Mike Bakeman!

My mind was focused on two issues for my motorhome. One was routine maintenance and the other was a lighting module. Maintenance was performed and they even got the valve stem out from being stuck on the rim and accessible to check the air. The module was not Mercedes, it was the motorhome manufacturer's. What should have stood out in my mind that all last Winter and this Spring I was getting reminders that my passenger air bag was recalled and needed to be replaced. Well Sears didn't forget, it was replaced and so noted on my invoice, which I did not read until I got home. Thank you Sears for a job well done!!!

I worked with Soroush Nezhad recently to purchase a ML350. Not only was Soroush easy to work with, but he made the experience enjoyable. He answered all of my questions and provided me with comparator information as to other vehicles I was considering purchasing. This helped me to make an informed decision. My overall experience at Sears Imported Autos was great. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and would definitely ask for Soroush!!

Worst experience. I travelled 2 hours to go see a car. I liked it, They set the price, We agreed. I gave them my credit card number. Told me to come the next day to pick it up. I went home, came back the other day, they said the car was already sold. No remorse. Said it's not their fault. My guess is someone else offered to pay them more money... Will never even think about buying here.

My wife Anne and I have been loyal Sears customers in the past....when we lived in Plymouth, MN (now over 12 years ago). During a search for a pre-owned tough-to-find GLK diesel...we found one that was on a used car lot...which was a former Sears sold and serviced vehicle. When I called Sears to inquire about the vehicle...I was happy to learn Bill Blume (service advisor) was available to assist me....as he did for the 10+ years we lived in Plymouth. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and am very happy with it. @Sabin Shreshtha - Same thing happened to us... 6 hours one way to reach the dealer, liked a car, paid advance to book it, amount credited to their account but after two days when we called them for picking up the car, they said the car was sold to someone else and we could buy something else from them at the same cost. They did apologize and refund the amount though but they said they cannot do anything more. Unfortunately we did not like alternate car they offered. Still trying to find a car that we like. We will never buy it from Sears. Extremely disappointed!

Bought a 2012 e350 wagon and my experience was awesome with John at Sears Imports. I live in Florida and am in military so was not able to ever travel and see the car in person, but John was very responsive and super attentive to all my texts and calls. Process took a little over 2 weeks but he sent me videos of the car multiple times and showed me progress on what they were doing to get the car purchase ready for me! Was very impressed and extremely happy when I got the car in Florida there were no surprises in the condition of this 8 year old car! Overall a great experience, thanks John and Sears.

The level of customer service at Sears Imported Autos is impeccable. Our vehicle was in need of a door repair. The folks at SIA went above and beyond and took care of the vehicle in time for our trip to Duluth for Tall Ships 2013. Special thanks to Alan, Tyler and the technicians of the Service Dept. Not only did they repair the door, they also vacuumed, washed and checked fluid levels on the vehicle. In fact, I think they even topped off the air in our tyres! That's 5-star service. As for our trip, we enjoyed taking in the majesty of the tall ships. But we had more fun just driving our MB on the open road! Knowing it had been serviced and maintained by SIA is why we choose to do business with SIA. Thanks again!

Being late on a weekend I couldn't pick the car up same day. He made everything happen and called me the next business day for a pickup. Transaction was effortless and would highly recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a specific used model of a used E class with some very specific and rare options installed. We found it online at Sears Auto. I called the dealership and was connected to Patrick Schwamm. The car did not have any pictures posted online yet and Patrick took some and sent them to me right away. It was the car we were looking for and negotiated to have the car shipped out to us where we live in the San Francisco Bay Area. There were a couple scratches in the paint and rims that he pointed out to me and sent me pictures of. He offered to have these repaired before shipping the car. I was a little skeptical that these would be repaired properly, but Patrick assured me that the repairs would be done properly. Upon receipt of the car, everything was great. I could not even see any signs of any repairs being done. The finance staff did a great job working with our credit union, over-nighting all the necessary documents and Patrick kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. We love the car. We only wish we could have gone out to Minnesota to meet Patrick and see the dealership. It seems like a very well run and professional place.
