In two words, the entire experience with Sears Imports was "first class". It started when I scheduled a test drive on a Saturday morning through Sears Imports' website and within 10 minutes Dave Tobin had contacted me about the afternoon appointment. When we arrived, Dave was quick to point us towards the car we had selected and thoroughly described all the features with a energy that we didn't see at other dealers.
The test drive and the car overall were great but that was just the start. We actually went to other dealerships afterwards and continued to gravitate back to Sears 1) because it was a great car and 2) Dave's ability to create a great client experience. Over the next week, I traded several emails with him as I found particular models that I liked (probably a bit of overkill to be fair) and we agreed to come back in the following Saturday.
Once we nailed down the exact car, the process was pretty straightforward and whether it was working with Dave in talking more about the car or Jennifer Parker in processing the financial side of things, the experience was great.
Even having the protective film put on the car just a few days later exposed me to the service department where Lance and Terry helped me out and set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day. It couldn't have been easier.
All my interactions with any one person at Sears have felt personal and at a time where the differences between different manufacturer's vehicle offerings are minimal, feeling that my business is valued made all the difference in this case.
When it's time to get another car, the first call that I make will be to Dave at Sears Imports.
