@Sabin Shreshtha - Same thing happened to us... 6 hours one way to reach the dealer, liked a car, paid advance to book it, amount credited to their account but after two days when we called them for picking up the car, they said the car was sold to someone else and we could buy something else from them at the same cost. They did apologize and refund the amount though but they said they cannot do anything more. Unfortunately we did not like alternate car they offered. Still trying to find a car that we like. We will never buy it from Sears. Extremely disappointed!
