bad service, to the telephone number for assistance (for a fee) after waiting and in the middle of the conversation at some point they closed the phone in my face.
Parcel placed in storage for incorrect address, and instead the address was correct and after 5 days still it is not clear why they do not deliver.
Outrageous.
