Absolutely unreliable, very expensive, and difficult to contact.
Of the delivery attempt (moreover on time in which someone was at home) there is no trace in any postcard!
I doubt they made a second attempt (also without a trace. Not a telephone contact, also indicated by the sender.
These are the subjects to which Poste Italiane (which is a SPA, therefore it has lost the noble purpose of public utility ...) entrusts the contact service. Shame everyone!
