For 2 days they say they have not found anyone or parcel refused but it is not true. I am at home and I have never moved in these two days just to verify the goodness of their indication. There is false information in tracking. It is impossible to contact them except with a very expensive paid number. Be wary of using this service which not only in my opinion but of many users is really bad. Only in this branch? I don't know, and I don't think so. I also sent an email and no reply, they continue to write refused parcel. They leave no warning nothing at all. I'd like to see who signed the refusal. The proof, of course, is not there, neither a notice nor the signature of me that I have refused the package.
