Incompetent. I bought several items on Amazon experiencing problems in delivery only with SDA, which usually does not deliver by "wrong address", which is very strange since it is a known street and a two-storey building. Once again I specifically asked amazon not to send via SDA what it did instead and which promptly turned out to be late with the GUARANTEED delivery. I had to go and collect the parcel in place to avoid further delays.
Inefficient to the max
