Usual story that I have heard repeatedly in the other reviews, delivery did not take place due to the "absence of the recipient", now ... how can it be possible that during a state-imposed Quarantine, it cannot be at home for 4:30 pm? ?? I haven't been out since March and would you also pass me off as incompetent? Here I feel a serious lack of commitment (despite being difficult times for goodness sake). I did not order a new sofa, but three simple comics (to amuse myself during the quarantine) which have been designated as "extra-large load". Now I'd like to know, how the hell are these comics going to get to me? Will I have to go get them? We no longer understand anything, on the other hand we are in Italy.
