Bad and unreliable service. I await a package sent on Tuesday 07/04 with Express delivery (max one day) from Wednesday 08/04 and today we are at 11/04 and I have not received anything! They put it in "delivery" and then never deliver it. I also understand the difficult times and the workload, but if you pay for a service you have to guarantee it.
