PENOUS SERVICE is saying little! I had to contact them for an error on the delivery address, in the mail they gave me the only payable number where you are forced to do everything through a recorded voice without ever being able to hear an operator. Too bad that you do not understand the shipping number EVER, so you are there as a fool to repeat letters and numbers hoping to make it, before the end of time. There are other numbers but you can only use them with the customer code if you are subscribed to MySda. NEVER AGAIN, rather I go personally to pick up the package on the other side of Italy.
