New to area with a 2017 RAV-4. Came in to dealership searching for a local service facility. Great experience with service department. Specifically when checked in by Kelly Figueroa. Subsequently, Kelly directed me to Diana, a delivery coordinator, to answer questions on using the Navigation system, etc. She was very knowledgeable and easily taught me more about the operation than I had requested. A great initial experience. I hope it continues in the future.

I was exceptionally pleased with my service experience at Scott Clark's Toyota. Wesley Rasmussen is the service associate who assisted me. I bought my used 2011 Toyota Sequoia in July 2015, and there were a couple of minor issues that were outstanding from the time I purchased the vehicle. I live about 50 miles from this dealership which is the main reason I had not been back to have those issues taken care of. In addition, it was time for my 90,000 mile maintenance. Mr. Rasmussen listened very carefully to every detail of the problems I was there to have repaired. He offered me the use of a rental car at no charge. He called me later in the day to give me an update of the repairs and maintenance. I had thought I might get some "push-back" about repairing the issues from the time of my purchase since six months had passed, however, that was not the case at all. I am very pleased and will be returning there for my service needs. We own three Toyotas--a Tacoma, a 4-Runner, and this Sequoia. The level of service far surpassed that from other dealerships and Mr. Rasmussen is a PRO!

No one likes to take the time to get their car serviced. It's a pain. But Scott Clark Toyota makes it easy and almost enjoyable. (And I swear they didn't give me ANYTHING to say that!) They have a comfortable waiting area, often offer good food for sale and have vending machines as well. You can even get your nails done on certain days.
In particular, Archie Newton - Service Manager, makes my trips easy and quick. I honestly will continue to buy and drive a Toyota as long as I know Archie is there to help me take care of it. Don't go anywhere else.

Worked with Mike Black and Kameron Knox. Traded two vehicles for one. Credit Score was not good due to a cosigned vehicle I traded in that I had to make good on. Finance called the finance company that had the loan on the cosigned car and in the end that company made the loan. Finance, I'm not sure who to thank, got Wells Fargo Dealer Services on the phone and got it done. Kameron later made a personal trip to square away the DMV paperwork on the co-signed car.

I had the privildege of shopping for a car just last week. There once was a time where this was enjoyable, but when the funds are your own & not a gift from the folks.... this can turn into quite the ordeal. That's where DJ Durst comes in, and from the very beginning he was extremely helpful, informative and truly listened to my needs as the customer. Being in sales for over the last decade, those particular traits are hard to come by these days.

My overall experience at Scott Clark's Toyota was extremely enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend anyone to this particular dealership when purchasing their next vehicle. I was treated well from the moment I stepped into their establishment and the follow-up after my purchase wasn't any different. DJ emailed and contacted me twice after I bought the car just to make sure everything was satisfactory and to me personally that's what really made the difference. I feel the car I chose was the right one & the salesman & dealership certainly were as well. Thanx so much!!!

DO NOT GO TO SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA. Let me start off by saying I've worked in a couple of car dealerships. I know how the sales process works in one. I went to Scott Clark Toyota with my husband and was so upset at how we got treated that I told him we need to leave and then called & emailed to complain about the "TO manager" (who is now apparently a Finance Manager): Jaques Deadwiley. He was out of line and RUDE. He kept cutting us off and actually yelled at us when we tried to question the price and negotiate with him. Then he told us he was going to go get another manager and would be "right back" and literally left us sitting there for over an hour without ever even stopping back by to tell us what was going on. (I'm sure you can guess that's when we left.) UNACCEPTABLE.

I found a comparable NEW car that I liked much better at Hendrick Toyota of Concord FOR LESS than the CPO car I was looking at there at Scott Clark. I suppose it was meant to be anyway.

Matt was excellent. Service was unfortunately expensive and didn't get covered under my extended warranty. I'd give the service dept a high rating on service and communication and the warranty dept a low rating. Why pay for the additional warranty if it doesn't cover basics.

I always have a great experience. The service technicians are friendly and helpful. My service is always completed in a timely manner. I have had problems before with Scott Clark and the attitude of the Sales people. But they had two cars we were interested in. The sales person was good and not what I expected from past experiences. But the car they had listed on line and the car they had on the lot were different. The car listed in the advertisement was fully loaded with leather and priced at a really good price. The car they had under the ID number was cloth way above the price. When i mentioned the issue to the manager he shrugged it off saying we don't go by the model number but by the price and the market. But I was like this isn't even the car you advertised. he didn't care about the fraud he is committing. The other car that was advertised wasn't even there but when I called I was told it was on the lot. So I walked out with out two cars. Very disappointing.

Great customer service. I called Crystal Terry at the last minute to see if she could fit my Prius in for an oil change. Without hesitation, she said absolutely. Crystal met me when I arrived and quickly got to work on my car. I was able to continue working in the waiting area and just after shutting down my laptop, Crystal appears and says "the car is all done". Crystal continues to provide excellent customer service, in a timely manner and with a terrific smile. I would not take my car anywhere else except to Crystal and Scott Clark.

My experience here was pretty good. Originally, my family and I were just looking at a few SUVs on the lot. It was the first dealership we decided to go to that day. We were introduced to Anais, who was a great sales rep. She made sure to find a SUV to fit our needs. We ended up test driving a new 2021 Toyota Highlander and enjoyed it. Needless to say, we decided to purchase the truck. Cyndy in the finance department was awesome! She was very kind and helpful. She helped to make the buying experience great.

Marshall is knowledgeable and gets right to the issue. I had a hard cranking car. He diagnosed a bad battery. It was still under warranty so he prorated the cost of a new battery. Service was quick and the price reasonable.

Dealing with the Scott Clarke Sevice department is by far the worst experience I have had dealing with repairs done in over 30 years of owning cars!!! I took a car worth around $6000 dollars with a broken clutch. I explained to them I was trying to decide if I wanted to fix my current car or buy a new one. Long story short I spent roughly $4000 to get my car fixed. The day after getting my car from them I noticed a noise when I shifted gears. After 3 more trips to Scott Clarke Toyota were they told me they could not figure out what was wrong with my car I took it to another dealer and they told me I needed another $4000 worth of work on my car. I went back to Scott Clarke with this estimate and they offered me no help. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SCOTT CLARKE TOYOTA!!!

No customer service in service department. Six people sitting there and they just ignore you. I had to get help from the service manager and he seemed irritated that I bothered him.

Rental folks are the same and rude. I returned my car but they did not have time to check it. They called me later to advise that it had a vinegar smell and they were going to charge me $125. I told them that all we had was water and Coke in the car. I refused to pay the charge and very rudely I was told to never come back.

Trust me that I am going to go elsewhere due to my treatment.

My service rep, Archie Newton is always ready to meet me when I drive in. He listens to my issues, answers my questions, and gets my car back to me in a minimum amount of time.

Any additional problems that may arise, Archie finds me in the waiting area, talks about what he thinks is best for my car, and informs me of the cost. If I do not agree to the work, there is never any pressure. If I do agree, the cost is never more than I am quoted.

Archie Newton is knowledgeable about cars and so personable. A visit to the Service Department at Scott Clark Toyota would not seem the same without Archie.

As a family with 2 working adults and 2 small children, we did not have a lot of time to waste at a car dealership. I did a lot of work upfront and over email prior to visiting Scott Clark Toyota. Robert Van Alstyne was extremely responsive and understood our needs and concerns. He was extremely personable and friendly, making us feel like valued customers. We had been to two other dealerships prior to visiting Scott Clark, and did not get the same customer friendly service. Robert was there throughout our car buying experience and even helped us transfer all of our kids "stuff" to our new Highlander late in the evening. In addition to providing great service during our buying experience, he has not forgotten about us. Since buying the car two weeks ago, Robert has stayed in touch with us to see how things are going and make sure that we are happy with our purchase. I must say, that is new to us. I would certainly buy another car from Robert Van Alstyne & Scott Clark Toyota again - though I hope it to be many, many years from now. Lastly, we had to bring our car in for the add-ons we purchased and the service was impeccable! I dropped it off at 7:45, had a loaner car and was out the door by 8am, by 8:30 Crystal had called answering a question I had asked. By 9:30, I had a message on my phone that our car was ready!! I can tell you that I have never been taken care of so quickly by a service department. At the dealership for our prior vehicle, it would have been noon before I would have received a call and I typically would have to call and check up on them to get any response. THANK YOU Robert & Crystal, as well as the rest of the Scott Clark team for making this experience positive for us. We look forward to continued business with you and I will be recommending my mother to buy her next car from you!

Came in for a brake job. I was met as soon as I drove in, NO WAIT TIME! Jeremy Allison was prompt and courteous. I left vehicle to have it serviced. I was called in within 20 minutes to discuss the vehicle's situation. I felt Jeremy was upfront about what needed to be done to the vehicle. After the conversation, the mechanic got right to work. I was called within the expressed time limit of the repair that the vehicle was ready. I showed up to pickup the vehicle and paid the bill. No hidden or unexpected charges. Brakes work great and I had a great experience. I would go back again.

My wife and I went to Scott Clark to find my wife a more family friendly vehicle. We had it narrowed down to two models, the 4Runner and the Highlander. Our salesman had us drive both vehicles and took the time to explain the difference in trim packages so we could decide what we needed. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. It was a pleasant experience and I will choose Scott Clark for our next car.

Well the new Camry was due for its 5000 mile service. I called and got an appointment just when I wanted it. I arrived and they took my car right in and I went into the wi-fi area and waited. It was crowded !! (Note to self do mot make a service appointment on Monday AM when everybody else has made their appointment) My car was ready in about 45-55 minutes and I was called and my car was pulled around after it was washed and I was ready to go. A few months back I needed a new car unexpectedly due to a tree totaling my car. I had only moved to North Carolina a month prior to this. After weeks of trying to find a car and being unsucessful I was refered to D.J. Durst. He found me a great vehicle that happened to die 24 hours after buying It. So D.J. spent the next morning looking for another car for me before I came in. Let's just say he took great car of me and I'm greatful for a person like that that works at a car dealership. Most horrible experience I ve ever had at a dealership! We were already approved for a loan at the bank we just had to pick a car and pass them the check. We made an appointment to come test drive the car. It was a great deal online for the car so we decided to get it. The salesman Michael Black told us that the car would be getting washed and detailed while we were doing the finance portion. After waiting over 30 min we finally made it to the finance dept. That didn t take very long bc we were approved by the bank and all we had to do was bring the check back to them and drive off the lot. After we finished and signed the bill of sale the car still wasn t ready so we left to pick the check up from the bank and on our way back they called and said the car wouldn t be ready until the next day. We were confused on what the hold up was. They rushed us off the phone and said they would call us in the morning. The Sales Manager George Hatzel called us back making rude and condescending comments and when asked to repeat his self he replied You heard me! He then told us that they no longer wants to do business with us and they were declining our transaction because he was being laughed at on the phone. The bill of sale was signed and all. We were dealing with them for the entire day and ended up with no car because of some laughs. It goes without saying that these men were blatantly racist and did not want to do business with black people. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
