High quality theater, will offer you a pleasant cultural experience at a very affordable price for me. Definitely recommend.

Since 2001, a festival with performances of the comedy genre has found its regular place in the premises of the East Bohemian Theater in Pardubice. Ensembles from all over the country take part in it, with the exception of private theaters. The program is divided into two sections. In the competition part, the commission of playwrights, directors and members of the artistic council of the East Bohemian Theater evaluates the performed performances in terms of artistic quality and level of comedy. Individual prizes are also awarded. The accompanying non-competitive program is an example of non-repertoire theaters, ie amateur and student ensembles, small stage forms.

It was great, the toilets are beautiful and clean. Outside of the cleanup, the men's toilets were taken over by his daughter, as there are a couple of toilets in the theater where the ladies couldn't get through. Refreshments are also worthwhile and people stand in line and usually do not even wait. When they wait, they have a minute to kick a drink and say hello. The quality of available drinks and snacks is disastrous. However, the performance is usually OK. I only evaluate the theater's background towards a customer who is disastrous given today.

I think, it's one of the best teather in Czech republic. Amazing actors with great performance. You should definitely visit it.

The building of the theater is beautiful, the theater is generally trying, doing events ... Unfortunately, the focus is mainly on comedies, the acting ensemble will not get excited, the theater has frozen a bit in time. Especially when compared to the Klicpera Theater, this is obvious. But everyone has different tastes, it is clear ... But what bothers me, are quite expensive travel tickets (I compare with other cities).
