Most horrible experience I ve ever had at a dealership! We were already approved for a loan at the bank we just had to pick a car and pass them the check. We made an appointment to come test drive the car. It was a great deal online for the car so we decided to get it. The salesman Michael Black told us that the car would be getting washed and detailed while we were doing the finance portion. After waiting over 30 min we finally made it to the finance dept. That didn t take very long bc we were approved by the bank and all we had to do was bring the check back to them and drive off the lot. After we finished and signed the bill of sale the car still wasn t ready so we left to pick the check up from the bank and on our way back they called and said the car wouldn t be ready until the next day. We were confused on what the hold up was. They rushed us off the phone and said they would call us in the morning. The Sales Manager George Hatzel called us back making rude and condescending comments and when asked to repeat his self he replied You heard me! He then told us that they no longer wants to do business with us and they were declining our transaction because he was being laughed at on the phone. The bill of sale was signed and all. We were dealing with them for the entire day and ended up with no car because of some laughs. It goes without saying that these men were blatantly racist and did not want to do business with black people. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
