DO NOT GO TO SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA. Let me start off by saying I've worked in a couple of car dealerships. I know how the sales process works in one. I went to Scott Clark Toyota with my husband and was so upset at how we got treated that I told him we need to leave and then called & emailed to complain about the "TO manager" (who is now apparently a Finance Manager): Jaques Deadwiley. He was out of line and RUDE. He kept cutting us off and actually yelled at us when we tried to question the price and negotiate with him. Then he told us he was going to go get another manager and would be "right back" and literally left us sitting there for over an hour without ever even stopping back by to tell us what was going on. (I'm sure you can guess that's when we left.) UNACCEPTABLE.

I found a comparable NEW car that I liked much better at Hendrick Toyota of Concord FOR LESS than the CPO car I was looking at there at Scott Clark. I suppose it was meant to be anyway.
