Drove 2 hours to get stuck in the elevator for 35 minutes!!! I let them know ahead of the game what my price was and I wouldn't go anymore than 23.000! Not only were we stuck in a elevator but could not negotiate on anything.. I wouldn't suggest Scott Clark Toyota to my worst enemy. To clarify...... I was looking at a car for 2OKto 21K...... NOT 28K . I also have been to several other dealerships who offered alot more for my trade than Scott Clark Toyota!!!!

D.J. Durst, Stephen Pecha, and the entire Scott Clark Toyota team offered professionalism and service that exceeded my expectations. I had never purchased an automobile from Scott Clark Toyota. After spending time with D.J. and Stephen, I purchased two pre-owned vehicles on the same day. They were friendly, patient, and professional - from the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I signed the purchase agreement, and beyond. I give the the car buying experience a 10-out-of-10 at Scott Clark Toyota.
This is my second truck purchase with Johnnie Fluker at Scott Clark Toyota. Johnnie has always went above and beyond for me when it comes to finding the perfect Tacoma. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Johnnie! He is such a pleasure to work with. As for the dealership, very nice, big inventory and everyone is friendly and kind. Won t go anywhere else.
I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sequoia from here. My overall experience was not horrible so I sent my sister in law here to buy a car. She purchased the car and filled out the referral slip. I never received the $100 referral money that I was supposed to receive. I am not sure if they are running a scam or what but I would never refer another person if I don't receive my money. I thought enough of them to send them some business. They sold a Camry to her and all they owe me is $100 and I can't get that?? Something is wrong with this place.
Mallory did an awesome job delivering my car to me. She explained everything and answered all my questions. She even helped me set up my radio stations and favorites call list . I can't say enough about what great service she gave.
We are loyal to Toyota. We had bought 9 cars from the same person and same dealership. My friend recommended Scott Clark and I was hesitant of course but so glad that I did!!! We worked with Shane Gunn, OMG!!!!! Not only did I get the BEST deal literally, hassle free but the customer service that we got was unprecedented! We told him what our budget was and what we were looking for and he gave us options! ( no pressure I might add) I live in South Alabama and they are in NC, the car was delivered literally to my door step! We were floored that they said they would bring it to us, we never even thought that was possible and totally expected to have to go get it! Shane Gunn was in contact with us every step of the way even after the sale was done, I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service and the fact that they are a huge dealership he treated us as if we had bought the 9 previous vehicles from them. We are now LOYAL customers, and will be spreading the word!!!! I wish we lived close enough to get our service done!!!!!
Came in to Scott Clark and was ignored for 30 minutes. All the guys sitting in the corner chatting away, assisting other customers but I guess since I m a young woman or they just didn t feel like assisting? Disrespectful and literally go anywhere else on independence blvd.
Bought used car and AC didn't work after 2 days and trunk leaked the first rain. Took it in and Was told freon was low. It worked for 2 days then stopped working. It was a broken hose(took to a mechanic) and trunk still leaks. Just pulled out the Spare tire and had 4" of water in the spare tire area. Scott Clark told me it was a drain plug that wasn't emptied. It was a busy day and I just think they didn't even look cause both problems were obvious. Don't let them sweet talk you and tell you they do a through inspection. Both these problems were apparent. I should have just bought off a person saved money and been suckered by them. Super disappointed to say the least.
Called about a car a month ago. Decided to get a different car from another dealer. They called me a few more times to see if I was still interested. I informed them I wasn t. Several more repeat calls even after the car I was interested in was sold and I already purchased another car. Then I get a fake will you make your 10am appointment with a sales person that I never heard of before scam. Take a hint guys. I m not interested. If they are this high pressured on the phone I m glad I didn t drive down there. They probably wouldn t have let me leave. It got to a point that I blocked there phone calls then they started sending me texts. Come on guys. No means no
Very courteous and friendly staff. They were very engaging and very knowledgeable. They made purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as easy as possible. Would gladly recommend this dealership for others to purchase a vehicle as well.
Works well for me, the whole process went smoth and I got the car of my wife dreams, a red agresive Sport Camry. They are alsou flexible and will give you the rate u want. Special thanks to the sales person Wich work with me Raysi Cruz, he walked up with me all day trying different cars until I came to the final decision. All cars are atractive, just negotiate and they will give u a good price. For me. I just walk up to see the prices and they give me such a good price that I was like OK, I can't refuse such as a good deal. Special thanks to the manager. He was the man, dropping price even lower than my offer.
Our neighbors referred us to Scott Clark Toyota and directly to Travis Wilson. Their recommendation was so impressive that we were at the dealership the very next day. Travis was personable, knowledgeable, customer oriented and respected me. I am a lifetime customer of the dealership because of Travis.
Purchased a 2016 Mustang with very low miles. Super clean car. Driving it home I realized it has a HORRIBLE droning vibration at 55 mph and up. Funny how the salesman was eager to tell me 4 times that it had passed a 160 point inspection. So either the technician missed it or Mr Clark (presumedly not related) was lying to me. Either way, I m now stuck with this vehicle. I would never go to this place again and strongly encourage a car shopper to avoid Scott Clark Toyota. They were informed the same day, after I drove 2 hours home, of the issue. I should have been offered to come back in and find an alternative to this piece of junk they sold me. Lynda Oudenhoven
I went to see what was going on with my plates, because it has been over a month since I bought my car and I haven't received them. I'm pretty sure that they forgot about me while I was there. However, Mr. Johnny Fluker saw me waiting and made sure I was taken care of. He's also the man who sold me my car and has been amazing since the beginning. He has made calls to check on me, and my car, since. If you're going to Scott Clark Toyota I'd recommend you asked for him.
The service that I received yesterday was excellent! I had a bad tire and I was taking care of immediately! Now that's what I call great service! The guy that help me all the way through, from check in to COMING to get me when my car was completed, needs to have a raise ASAP! He was great! I definitely will be back and hope that he helps me next time!
I recently purchased my first car from Scott Clark Toyota and I can happily say I m very satisfied with my purchase. My salesperson was Dennis Mahone and the F&I manager who assisted me with getting the vehicle was Harold Cruz. The two went above and beyond my expectations to put me in the car of my interest. Abby, who did the delivery of my new car, was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with everything before departing. I don t know what kind of raises Scott Clark be giving out but all three of the employees mentioned deserve some type of reward or bonus. I thank all of you at Scott Clark Toyota for the love shown and eagerness of getting me in a good, yet affordable car.
Greg was my Specialist that helped me and he did an excellent job. He got me out of there in less than 60 minutes. Not only is he professional but he s very friendly and intelligent. Thanks Greg for all your help.
My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Scott Clark Toyota. Although both cars have had some issues we have always found the service dept and specifically Justin Bustle to be great to work with for basic service and warranty issues. Justin has always gone the extra mile for my wife and I. Whether it's switching a baby seat from one car to another or setting up a rental, or dealing with warranty he has always been too notch! We appreciate all they have done for us?
I came in for a front end issue and Bruce Lee was great. Great communication, explained what needed to be done now and in the near future. Helped me with the rental car and checked in while I was coming back to ensure my vehicle was ready and up front. Thanks you.
Pat Brooks was a great help with my experience after my Rav4 overheated on the way home from the beach. They took it right in the next day and were able to diagnose the most pressing problem that needed correction before any other diagnosis could be given - the head gasket. Since this would be a multiple day repair & this is our only car, Pat was able to put us in a loaner/rental at no charge. Before a rental could be made available, Jimmy took me in the shuttle to my neighborhood. Once the head gasket was complete, Pat called me to let me know that they found no other damage and the car was ready. This is just another instance in a long list of great service received from Scott Clark's Toyota Service Team and Rental Car Dept. Thank you!
My family and I have all bought our cars at Scott clark. Out of all of the people to help us, DJ durst was the most helpful! He was very kind and understanding and did a great job helping us find exactly what we needed! Thank you so much DJ!
After over a year with no official response from the dealer, I'm left with leaving a bad review as my only means of expressing my horrible experience with Scott Clark Toyota. The first week of December 2016, my our family decided to purchase our oldest daughter a car for Christmas. We worked with a very nice salesperson, Kenneth Trewin, and had the car at home a few weeks before the big Christmas day present. Of course she was ecstatic. I have never seen someone so happy and humble receiving a gift. Happy tears flowed from everyone. We were so proud of her commitment to school, church, and family that it was the least we could do for a Christmas, graduation, and "off to college" gift. It was a nice day, and even a nice week as we loaded it up and took off to Florida for New Years. After we returned from vacation, we got some bad news. Someone had made a mistake in financing. They said we didn't qualify for the car loan. This was almost a full four weeks since take the car home. All paperwork had been signed. Title work had been completed. We were just waiting for the license plate to replace the 30 day temporary one. We weren't given much of an explanation as to why. They just told us the financing company changed their mind. WE HAD TO TAKE AWAY THE CAR FROM OUR DAUGHTER AND RETURN IT. I can still see the confused look in her face as she listened to what she thought was a cruel joke. We promised her a fast replacement and had her in a car that she picked out less than a week later. I think she likes her car better and it cost us less at another dealership. I inquired for a proper explanation and possible apology, but got absolutely nothing except from the actual salesperson Kenneth Trewin. Every time I see one of the Arrogant Scott Clark ads where the boast the best of everything, i feel nauseous. I remember the tears of happiness and humbleness at the car the let us buy and the tears of sadness and confusion when they reneged on their contract. To all of you that walk away with that great deal from Scott Clark, be careful, they may be after your car before you get it off the lot.
Mr. Hallock was an awesome service advisor. He was knowledgeable, timely and personable. He treated us like family. We will always use Scott Clark Toyota based on how he made us feel.
I went in a couple of weeks ago to test drive a used Prius III and was pressured into buying one the same night even though I told them I would think about it. I feel stupid for letting them pressure me, especially after I found out that the car that they sold as a Prius III is actually a Prius II ( the sales persons answer to that was the only difference is the GPS) he saying that because I found out after I signed the contract! The "only differance" is also a $2000.00 differance. My husband went to Toyota of North Charlotte a few days ago, and traded in his 2013 Elantra and purchased a Brand new 2014 Prius III, which includes free service maintainance for two years, Gap insurance and he only pays $40 more than I do. When he originally tried to get the same car from SC the payments for him were going to be $150 more that what he is paying through Toyota of North Charlotte. Ron from SC called me last Wednesday to see how everything was going with my car and I told him that I was not happy with my deal and went over my husbands deal and he said that Toyota of North Charlotte must be up to something and I said no sir everything was done, and approved. I explained that I felt taken advantage of and he said I will see what I can do. It's now Sunday and he still has not called me back! This place is a sham!!!! Don't do business with them, and shame on me for NOT using my better judgement!! This is the most expensive mistake I have ever made!!!
My husband and I have purchased quite a few cars from this location. The first was back in 2008. Over the years we have seen this place go downhill, or maybe we have become better informed buyers? They are very dishonest and disrespectful. They will look for any opportunity to make more money off of you! This year we were looking again to trade in for a new car and we skipped Scott Clarks all together. We purchased 2 cars from Town and Country Toyota and we couldn't have been happier! We then went back to Scott Clarks to cancel our warranties for the cars we traded in at the other dealership and met with the Finance Director Tony Blankson. We were appalled at how rude he became when he realized we were not there to buy a car from them! Really his behavior gave us the same feeling that we have ever time we leave this place, thank God that's over with! I was also shocked when I came to write this review that there are so many good reviews, I really think they pay for them.
Easily the best experience I ever had when buying a new vehicle. Exceeded all my expectations. My salesperson Travis Wilson listened to all my needs and wasn't pushy at all. I also met Jimmy Cline the General Manager, he was awesome! Mike Brown did our paperwork and he was very efficient and fast! I will be buying all our new or used cars from Scott Clark Toyota and I will be refer all my friends and co-workers. Thanks for everything team.
I just purchased my second vehicle, a used 2010 F-150 at Scott Clark Toyota. Michael Miller was the salesman I dealt with. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to get me into the car at the amount I wanted to pay. Couldn't have been any easier or pleasurable to purchase a vehicle.
I purchased my RAV4 form Scott Clark Toyota. About six months ago. The car is great the radio has never worked properly. I read plenty of Rav4 forums that the 2014 units are defective and Toyota knows it. I took it in for service three times and each time I was told a different lie about why It would not do traffic, now the voice command is ridiculous to the point of not recognizing YES. I want it replaced. What do you say Scott Clark Toyota, I don't want anyone to call me with some BS I want it replaced or a $ refund!
They always do a wonderful job when I bring my car in to be serviced and I look forward to many more times. The customer service is top notch. Not many places make you feel as special and appreciated as the employees at Scott Clark's Toyota. I would definitely recommend them!
Jason Liles and George Hatzel were such a big help with the purchase of my new Rav 4. I never felt any pressure from either of them and they were willing to help me any way they could. Everything was explained to me so that I understood the full process. They were both pure gentlemen and conducted themselves in a very friendly and professional way. I would surely ask for them again if ever I buy another vehicle.
Mary, the Service Representative, was very professional and courteous. The mechanic, W.D., did excellent work! We have always been pleased with Scott Clark Toyota.
Is it possible to give four and a half stars??? Very busy and very large Toyota dealership...Many customers waiting for their cars to be serviced...You had to sit in a VERY crowded waiting area which had free WIFI and even a "mini nail salon" for free inside the dealership...I was happy with the work they did on my car but it took over an hour to get it done...
Westly assistant service manager takes care of all my service needs. He always goes above and beyond. I would buy my next car or truck from Scott Clark just because knowing the service department is behind all their vehicles,
Thank you Scott Clark for the excellent customer service I have received at your dealership. If you are looking for a good sales person to assist you with a car then ask for Travis Wilson. He will do his very best to make sure you are satisfied. If you need assistance in the service area Mr Wesly will make sure the job is done right. They made sure I was very happy with my car. Thanks again Britannia Porter
Brought my truck in on a Saturday to get service done and Mary Feaster was great at getting my car in and out and going over the service. This was my first time coming to scott clark toyota. I will be coming back for future services with Mary Feaster she was excellent!!
Having the ability to shop online changed from shopping experience to a buying experience. Loved that the car that we saw online was the exact car we got in store. Highly recommend!
Not sure who had just called me from there but he asked me about my warranty. I didnt want it and asked a question about my car mechanic wise. All I asked was if they sold bolts for around the break calipers and he kept asking about the miles, if I wanted to bring it in and I declined. He then proceeds to ask me about my warranty again and when I declined (once again) then he hung up the phone. Your creepy heavy breathing didnt help the case either. You couldve at least transferred me to the parts department or asked me to end the call and call the parts department myself. The only reason I even go there is because yall send coupons for oil changes. The customer service at this place in general sucks.
This was my first experience with Scott Clark Toyota. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Positive and welcoming attitudes were all around and made it very comfortable for me to purchase my Rav4. Would definitely recommend Scott Clark Toyota to a friend.
I have received a letter to buy/trade in my 2010 Corolla. When I went there to know more about the offer and see new inventory... I received poor response from front desk and Salesman. With out knowing about my car, Salesman quoted $10K for it, which made me very insulting. No Smile on their face through out the discussion. It is just waste of time and money for me. I should have discarded that letter.
Do not enter the dealership and give them your information, as they will spam you constantly. I have not been there in two years and I still get targeted mail from them. The most recent correspondence came in a fake email from Jimmy Cline to his sales managers about offering the best deal for your trade in. Any dealership that puts this level of deception and money into their advertisements must have to overcome a lot of poor word of mouth from previous customers.
Every single time I have a service appointment it is seamless. The employees take ownership of my vehicle and check everything. I even had an employee add air in my tires when he noticed the light was on, something I had forgotten to mention. I am a full fan of the dealership service and truly appreciate that I don't have to worry about my car maintenance. Thank you! ... Jeremy Allison is quickly becoming my favorite Toyota person to deal with! Always going above and beyond!
Excellent experience AGAIN! Third vehicle we buy at this dealer and it only gets better. DJ G was our salesman and provided excellent service. He knew the product in and out and made several recommendations based on our needs. We will definitely consider SC Toyota when shopping for the next vehicle whether is next year or a few years down the road. Toyota s last forever!
Best car place in town if you have children! They have thought of everything to help parents entertain their kids (individually packaged coloring books, games, toys) so that you can wait for service or look into buying a car.
Crystal Kush has taken such excellent care of my Toyota Venza! She is always cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. It's a pleasure to my car serviced by her!
Jimmy was a true professional and all around nice guy during this process. I had a number I needed to stick to, and they were able to give me a great discount on the MSRP and a great financing option. The process was pretty seamless and transparent, which you rarely find these days at most auto dealerships. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Scott Clark Toyota for your next car purchase!
I am speechless about how positive I feel about purchasing my new Toyota 2019 Highlander XLE and the phenomenal services I received from Mr. Lee Tran at Scott Clark Toyota. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He helped me find a good deal at a great rate. I will forever recommend to all my family and friends to give him a visit. Best services ever I am over the moon about my car! Thank you LEE TRAN, I m so impressed.
Bad service , I took my truck to have a broken mirror replace , after two and half hours he came back just to tell me we do not have the mirror in stock , we have to order it and you have come back tomorrow , I call that bad service
Bad customer service ever. I don't understand how TOYOTA can hire unprofessional people who don't know how to talk to clients. I think the Agent was racist and uneducated. Scott Clark TOYOTA, please make sure your employees are well trained before starting their job.
I gave 2 stars bec staff is always very polite, but our service experiences have been frustrating. The 1st 2 times we waited 10-20 mins to drop off the vehicle and to pick it up, despite having appointments n the 2nd time calling ahead to say we were coming. Yesterday we were happy to get right in but the person checking us in fixed our problem immediately. We feel like this should of been done over the phone when we made the appt, instead of us driving in 45 mins.
Don t worry about using this dealership or dealerships under this umbrella. Please drive a bit farther to somewhere else. Was a new customer, called and scheduled a service appointment for my 06 Tundra on a Friday for the following Monday. I was contacted by phone and by Text the very next day on a Saturday asking me how they would love to help me upgrade my tundra. I ve never stepped foot on any dealership yet and I get this? So ridiculous it s not funny. I called back and told the rep that if you are going to be this aggressive then just go ahead and cancel my Monday morning appointment. Do yourself a favor and don t even stop and waste your time because this showed me their culture and I haven t been there yet!! Ha!!!
I have been a customer of Scott Clark Toyota for almost 20 years. I have dealt exclusively with Archie Newton the entire time. He is the best. Yesterday's service was great from start to finish. I never question what Archie recommends.
Great experience! Scott Clark s Toyota is filled with friendly, excellent people. Alex Dona helped us out and highly recommend going to him if you re in need of a new vehicle. Thanks to Alex I found the car I wanted and left extremely pleased.
Initially we had a good experience. That all fell apart during negotiations. Long story short, If you want a good deal this is not the place. The GM and sales manager tried to give us $1,500 for a car that we traded for $4,500 at Town and Country with no hassle. The trade in price plus the discount T&C gave us on the car was a savings of 5K over what Scott Clark's could give us. Scott Clark's proceeded to call my wife and I a liar when we told them we could by the same Rav4 for much, much less somewhere else. If your looking for false piece of mind, try Scott Clark's. If you want to actually get the discount everyone else is getting. Go somewhere else.
I have used Scott Clark Toyota for over 20 years for all my Tundra service. They are first class, they work with me Marshall Moore my service rep does a great job. If Marshall is not in I have great confidence in Billy and Archie!!
By far the worst experience when buying a car I have ever had! To start when we arrived and asked to take the car for a test drive, no one could find the keys for the car we stood in the parking lot for 15 minutes only to have our salesman say you can just buy it without a test drive and we can make you a key . So we left to go look at other cars and we asked for them to call us when they found the key. After two hours of looking at other dealerships we came back to see if they had found the keys and no one had even looked for them. Our salesman (Garret) was completely useless. He at one point tried to essentially bash me, when he found out I used to sell cars for a dealership that was bought out by saying Oh, you sold cars at a business that got shut down? And then laughed. Absolutely disrespectful! Now back to the process...we test drove the car and it seemed fine...from there it took 4.5 hours to get the car and leave because finance took its sweet time and at one point I saw the finance manager talking to a few other coworkers and just scrolling through social media while we waited for him and I had to go tell him we were waiting instead of doing his job and getting us taken care of and the finance guy was incredibly impersonal and unfriendly. They kept forgetting paperwork after we signed and then the day after we got the car, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. We took the car back to the service department after we told them we were coming in and instead of being quick about it and checking we waited for hours before they said it was the gas cap. This place is an absolute joke and and I will never do business with them again and would never recommend them to anyone for any reason!
Scott Clark Toyota is a dealership that my family and I have trusted for over 20 years. We have purchased eight cars (new and used) from Scott Clark Toyota. Most recently, Ella Sueoka and Jimmy Cline were able to assist me in the purchase of my first minivan. We have three children three and under (all in car seats) and I was not certain that I wanted a minivan or a Suburban. I was driving the Hybrid Highlander (purchased new at Scott Clark) and we were MAXED on space. I had specific requirements about what I was looking for in a used car and VERY specific budget requirements. I did my research and knew that I could get what I wanted at a price I could afford, but that it would take time. To be completely transparent, I was not confident that I was going to purchase from Scott Clark as they have become a HUGE dealership and I thought I was going to get lost in the shuffle. That was not the case and there was NO getting lost at Scott Clark. The customer service experience was AMAZING!
Ella contacted me via phone and it was a great experience from the first conversation. As a mother of three young children, I only have time to talk when the children were sleeping, but could communicate via text throughout the day. Ella respected my preferred communication (text) and would send me options to review as they became available. I would review online and provide feedback. The other dealerships I was working with became pushy and did not understand that I wasn't going to make a rush decision. Ella was FABULOUS! She provided a vehicle to review that was at the top of my budget. She engaged Jimmy Cline, the General Manager, (who I had previously worked with years ago) and he provided a fabulous deal on our 2009 Camry trade (which we had also purchased new from Scott Clark) that would allow us to stay within our budget. Jimmy is a great guy and appreciates the value of the customer experience. He is one of the main reasons Scott Clark has had repeat business from our family. I would highly recommend working with Ella, Jimmy and others at Scott Clark Toyota.
The only con for Scott Clark was the check out / payment experience. We were paying cash and the finance person TOOK FOREVER! I wanted to write the check, sign the paperwork and drive off in my new minivan, but we waited for over TWO hours to get in front of the finance person. That is ridiculous!
My husband and I are rebuilding our credit (we don't recommend getting divorced and losing your job in the same year). We needed a second car with low mileage and great fuel efficiency. We debated a buy here/pay here type of dealer, but the more willing a place is to work with your credit, the worse of a deal you seem to get, not to mention the poor-quality inventory available to bad credit folks.
So I searched on Auto Trader for local dealers that work with all types of credit and many of the big dealers claim to do so. I liked the online price of a Kia at Keffer Kia of Mooresville and started there. I quickly learned that most dealers include rebates in their online prices...rebates that maybe 2% of the population qualifies for, so that seems like a bait and switch legal issue to me. Next I learned that the interest rate cap on a new car loan is 10% in NC vs. a 28% cap on a used car loan. Unfortunately that was a boldface lie and the cap is actually 18%. Makes a big difference on a now $17,000 bottom of the line Kia Soul. Desperate for a sale, the finance manager promised he could get a deal for my required monthly payment. I was desperate for a car and wanting to get the process over with so I let him try and took the car overnight to try it out. The next day he called and apologized for not being able to make it happen at the monthly payment we wanted. He was unwilling to budge on the price, even though the vehicle was listed for $4k less on Auto Trader with the rebate caveat buried. No matter, I didn't like the Soul anyway. Terrible blind spots and stiff seats.
Now to the fun part of my story. I saw Scott Clark ads everywhere, but they are about an hour and 40 minutes from us, so I was hesitant to drive all the way down there to be faced with a similar scenario. I reached out through the website and got a call immediately from Bill Patterson. I tell him our situation and my fears about going all the way down there just to be disappointed. He confidently explains how they move 500+ cars per month (is that even possible?!) so they have leverage with the banks. He also promised that the online prices were no non-sense. I already knew they had a huge inventory in our price range, so we took the gamble and headed down after work.
Bill surprised us by having us fill out applications first. He said he wanted to know what we could qualify for so that he could only show us cars we could afford. He came back 2 minutes later and said "you want fuel efficiency right?" 2 minutes later we were test driving a Scion xd (the car we wanted all along). 2 minutes after we got back he presented an offer with our exact desired monthly payment. We drove it home shortly after. It was the most refreshing experience after facing denials for the last 3 years.
Icing on the cake - we just received the rejection letter from Wells Fargo for the Kia Soul. Wells Fargo is the bank that financed our Scion! Bill wasn't kidding when he said they have "leverage with all of the big banks"! He was also right about the no-nonsense prices - matched exactly to the online prices. I couldn't find another dealer within 50 miles of our house that didn't have some sort of price caveat on Auto Trader. That speaks volumes to me.
We purchased a new Toyota Highlander and love it. The Scott Clark team was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and courteous. Everyone we worked with was friendly and tried to learn exactly what we wanted and needed, explaining everything about the car to us. We have had excellent service from Scott Clark in the past and like dealing with them. The dealership campus is clean, efficient and comfortable.
