I was trying to buy my first car with my dad here and this experience was terrible and is not a place I will ever go to...EVER! Sales manager Jim D. was really rude and they will never gain my future business. Even though I live closer to this dealer, it will be my pleasure to make the drive to Toyota of North Charlotte which was a delightful experience to buy a car from!
