BEST CAR SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!! I simply went in to have my 2012 Camry checked and service, this was the first time I had ever been, they had a rep come and sit with me to check how I was doing and talk about all of the services they had to offer. At the time I was thinking about refinancing my car and the rep introduced me to someone to help walk me through the options that I might have. Met Lou , very awesome by the way, who TALKED to me and didn't try to sell me anything or give me the "generic" sales pitch. Explained my options and come to find out I couldn't refinance my car and he explained it in terms that I could understand. By the end of my 4 HR visit, which 3 hours was suppose to be for the service on my Camry, I left out with a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla, only 6 miles a better rate and price and I had the option to refinance in a year. Was able to get my co-signer off, ( which was the best part) and this would give me the the ability to increase my credit without my consigner. I NEVER felt like I was being pressured into buying anything and always felt like I had options. Out of all of my car dealing experiences this was by far the BEST!!!!! The process was sooo quick and easy and I never felt like I was being "got". I would so recommend Scott Clarks Toyota to everyone!!!! Great job guys!!

Walked in and walked out! Harold helped us out after a HORRIBLE at some sad N Charlotte Toyota place. Harold went above and beyond to help us from the tour to vehicle search and last to finance. He did it all!! That man deserves a raise !!!!

Went here for service after I had a terrible encounter after purchasing a Lexus from a dealership in NJ. Steve was very professional regardless of me venting to him about how I was promised a warranty on my tires the and handled the situation calmly. He even went out his way to help save me some money on the service. He is well worthy of a promotion. Definitely going back again.

Not only did I get excellent service, but when I had a question about my warranty coverage, Fred Caspary, my car care associate, took the time to find out the answer to my question instead of sending me to someone else. I really appreciated him taking the time and that little extra step to assist me with my question.

I went back to Scott Clark Toyota for my second vehicle purchase. Roy Hamilton was extremely professional and worked hard to make sure I ended up in the right vehicle for me (Camry SE) at a fair price. I'll be back again when the need arises.

We were in the market for a new car and had just started looking. We heard great things about Scott Clark Toyota from several of our friends, so we decided to check them out. We got to Scott Clark Toyota right after visiting one of the other major dealerships in town, and we wish we would have stopped at Scott Clark first! We met with Travis Wilson, who was so helpful and wouldn t stop until he found the right car for us. They worked with our budget, and Jimmy, the manager, was even involved in making it happen for us. If you appreciate honesty, integrity, and personal attention when looking for a new car, then go ask for Travis at Scott Clark Toyota. We love our new Civic and we think it s the perfect fit for us. This was our first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and we couldn t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be going back to purchase our next car from Scott Clark Toyota.

Car dealerships and car salesman can be frowned upon. Usually people have negative experiences, I have to say that this is not the case with Scott Clark. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Scott Clark Toyota. The sales team was exactly that, a team. Jason Liles, Paul, Crystal Kush in services and Phillip in finance go above and beyond. Communication is always clear and up front. They check on you during whatever services you are using and afterwards too. I plan to keep my business with Scott Clark for a long time.

We have been going to Scott Clark for ten years and have always received great service. Crystal has been exceptional, she is highly responsive, knowledgeable and personable.

They do decent work, but not very friendly or service oriented. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.
