I was fickle in my decision of whether to keep my leased BMW or buy another car. in the eleventh hour, I chose to buy the BMW, but I had already put a deposit on a Schomp Subaru. When I lamented the decision, it was KJ who worked a solution, enabling me to keep my dreamy BMW without any penalty. The guy is innovative and customer-centric!
