Just had the rudest conversation with service scheduling. Never have I spoken to someone less willing to assist in sourcing an appointment; they spoke in clipped, agitated sentences (not an language issue). Clearly irritated that I called. I have been with Schomp BMW for over 15 years and bought 3 cars through them. I guess they have changed. I will no longer inconvenience them with my business.

48 hours later I received a call from Schomp. They stated they listened to the call and asserted their understanding of my perspective. To ameliorate my Experience, Schomp squeezed me in for an appointment within the next 3 days.

Schomp is very professional. Their call back confirmed their desire to maintain clients and proves why they are above the rest as a dealership. I am totally happy with the way my complaint was handled. They called me back unsolicited they pay attention to the reviews on line and execute, to the best of their ability, solutions. Just that one phone call won my business back.

Schomp clearly sets the bar high and demonstrates uncompromising excellence.
