They did not communicate well with me at all. I had to contact them to see what the status was on my car after they said they would contact me. After that call they told me they would call back since my car was being looked at during that time. Once again I never received a call. They were out of loaner cars that day so I had to take the shuttle service they offered. I set a pickup time and they ended up being 15 minutes late.. and that was after playing phone tag with 3 employees because no one knew who was supposed to come pick me up. When I got to the dealership I was ready to get my car and go home. However, they led me to a loaner car to take for the night.. so I had to spend another unplanned 15 min for that. The next day I received a call at 11:00am saying it was cleaned and ready for pickup. When they pulled up they apologized because it was in fact not clean. They need to work on customer service.
