Schomp adopts a 'no hassle' policy, which is a primary reason why I've chosen to be a repeat customer over the years. Having never owned a German car, our client advisor, Edward Cheatham, walked us through many of the features. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. I also appreciated how he handled all aspects of our experience, including financing and paperwork, instead of being shuffled around like other dealerships. It was not difficult to make a decision to buy. Later, we were escorted downstairs to the new car bay where our 2016 340i was being prepped, and was introduced to Jeff Capp, who was just as eager, friendly, and professional with showing us some additional features. The entire experience was stress-free, and we'll definitely remain loyal customers!
