I made an inquiry online and Ace responded very quickly and was very easy to talk to, gave me confidence in Schomp right off the bat. He was very consultative and asked great questions to discover what car was best for me. Ace was influential without being pushy and I was confident (for once) in a good buying experience as I came in to the showroom to meet Ace and look at BMW's. I was greeted quickly and impressed with the physical setup of the dealership, felt great to be back in a high end > service oriented dealership. Ace gave some great recommendations and actually steered me away from my original car due to limitations I wasn't aware of (no rails on the top of car for crossbars/rack). The ultimate savings deal got me from looking at cars to buying a car on the spot. Phil downstairs was great in orienting me to the car and the "unveiling" was a nice touch. BMW offers were a huge part of me pulling the trigger so thank you to the dealer / BMW for those great incentives. My only feedback was that after I said lets buy this thing it took up to 2 hours to still complete the purchase. I know you were busy and I didn't mind but overall it dragged on a bit as Ace ran around to pull resources and get the car ready for me. I wouldn't have purchased without Ace, he was integral to the sale. Big thanks and I'll proudly keep my Schomp plate holders and advertise your dealer around town.
