They are quite busy but make an effort to ensure customers don't feel ignored. Jason Kippenberger was my sales person and was very patient and laid back throughout the process, even though I had a complex situation to deal with. In the end, I got a car I wanted and didn't feel pressured at all. Have only used their sales department, but their service side looks very efficient too.
