What could have been a horrible New Years Eve car buying experience was saved by the competence and hard work of the sales team. While I was initially disappointed, the team stayed true to the One Price. One Person. One Hour. philosophy. I had previously spoken with the sales person about coming into lease a vehicle and due to some trouble, the vehicle I had previously wanted to lease was not available to lease. Needless to say, I was upset and the team did their best to salvage the situation.
I ll spare you the details, but the team went above and beyond my expectations. In the effort to make sure I had a positive experience, the sales person roped in the senior team who was able to offer a few alternative vehicles. I would not expect a car dealership to care that much about its customers, but they made a believer out of me. The team did everything in their power and more to make sure that they not only matched the previous deal, but exceed it.
I ve taken delivery of my vehicle and the process was fantastic, informative and quick. The team did an amazing job putting together a top of the line deal and providing top tier service. A big shout out to the folks at Schomp, especially Sam Nejad, who stayed patient and professional throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Schomp to anyone looking to purchase a BMW and know where I'll be buying my next car. Thanks for everything, Schomp!
