I came in with a rough idea of what I was looking for (crossover vehicle) and left with a vehicle I really loved. Car buying is a long process overall and the staff was very respectful of my time, courteous at all times and friendly. I did not feel pressured at all during the process to choose things I didn t want, they listened to my questions/concerns and offered options/alternatives. I had a very positive experience and I am glad they are my new vehicle s dealership.
