This is my second BMW X5 I have purchased through Schomp. The car buying experience was again flawless. From ordering the car to the simplified car buying process to the BMW genius to walk me through the car's many feature far exceeded my expectations. Very nice touch how they present a new car. The most important aspect of buying a new car for me is overall customer service. I was very impressed with everyone I worked with throughout the process and post purchase. Laurel, the BMW genius was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She showed me all the features in my new car and even some in my previous car I was not aware of.
