Having four children, two being baby twins, the ladies who took our photos were sensational, and Santa was wonderful. My older two are generally shy about Santa, but this Santa had both of my children happily chatting with him. It was a wonderful experience, and the kindness and positivity from the ladies who helped us at Southland was amazing. The customer service from the help line was also very positive, with the representative helping me out promptly, and made the asking for help experience a positive one as well.

Santa was amazing! We took our 10 week old twins and he was so patient and kind with us, and SO excited to see 2 babies!
We had pet photos taken, and the staff made it so easy for us to organise our babies and pup, without feeling rushed or stressed at all.
We will definitely be booking again next year.

I had recently attended Santa's Photography inside Westfield and had left forgetting to collect my photos after the shoot. I called the next day to follow up and they were very kind and helpful and kept them aside for collection. Thank you scene to believe. I now have my 2020 landscape photos with my kids and santa too and loved my calendar the most!

We booked our Santa pics at the QVB in Sydney. Wonderful set-up and the Santa was terrific! Kids loved it and Santa took the time to listen closely to the kids Xmas wishes even though they were clearly very busy. Will go again.

Fantastic experience yesterday! Kay Kay told us funny stories and made us do activities when waiting, we made tik toks :) Photo were good so I got highest package to get 5 photos. The flags are amazing. We did not have a ceremony but graduation photos are memorable. Thanks so much guys

We came into David Jones Adelaide Magic Cave on Sunday 11th November.
We have two ASD grandsons and I wasn't sure if they'd have a photo or not.
When we went in the photographer was fantastic. She actually had experience in working with ASD children and the first photo she took was perfect. Santa was fantastic as well. I would just like to say a huge thank you. This is the best experience we have ever had.
Plus we had come from Melbourne.

Originally booked in for family Santa photos not realising they did pet options as well. I didn t expect them to be able to change my booking but within 24 hours they had got back to me and changed it for no extra charge and hassle free! Such good service and I am so excited for this years photos, I think the social distancing from Santa and face masks just adds to the novelty of the photos and will be something for us to look back on in years to come!
Definitely recommend booking in fast as the spots fill up quickly!

Laura at Santa support was amazing with an issue I had with my Santa photo purchase. She dealt with my issue swiftly and with a hassle free positive outcome. A problem which I thought would take a long time to resolve was resolved almost immediately. She truly is a great asset to this company.

Amazing experience with a wonderful Santa who was so gentle and kind with the children. We had issues with downloading our photo afterwards but one call through to the customer service team and they went out of their way to help us out and give us access to our photo immediately.

Very rude staff, poor customer service. I ordered ...

Very rude staff, poor customer service. I ordered a photo package online for my Uni ceremony. I remember paid for 2 posts but staff there told me I can only get 1 post plus a digital copy. I was confused as I believe it's not what I ordered. So I ask if they can check in the system see what I've paid for. I was told they can not check because the online prises have changed a lot of times. So there is no way to check what I've ordered. I have to accept whatever they said and pay more if I want another post. They even told me that it's not their responsibility to confirm what I've ordered!!! Staff there is very rude. Don't do business with them. They just want money don't care about customers at all!!!

We prebooked our time slot to have the kids photos taken and even prepaid for the package. We arrived 10 minutes early and were told that the cameras weren't working and we could either wait or come back another time. We were told by the staff member that we could get a refund if we called the company. We chose not to return as we have 3 small children who were getting restless. I have written 3 emails trying to get a refund, tried calling 3 separate times, sent facebook messages - no reply.
This is very bad customer customer service. I will not use this company again.

Terrible service, waited half an hour in line to s...

Terrible service, waited half an hour in line to see Santa then staff said their cameras weren't working but to wait and they could fix it, after two hours they told us to leave and closed the booth, they offered to call in 20 or so minutes when they'd fixed it, an hour and a half later they rang and said to come back it was fixed and offered a free wallet sized photo. Absolutely pathetic service, have told everyone we know about the service received and will definitely use another company next Christmas, unfortunately the lowest rating possible is one star because they deserve no stars at all.

Had a great experience getting the kids photographed with Santa today (Karingal, Victoria location). Not only was it a lovely set up but the staff were exceptional. I had a slight issue with the package purchased, however a quick email to Niall from Scene to Believe had it easily fixed with professionalism and no delay. Thanks for helping! Will definitely be back next year.

Don t trust these people with your email. I had never got a single junk mail or spam for more 7 years since I opened my email account. After giving them my email, I started getting junk mail and spam regularly.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Would 100% no recommend this company and will never use them again, I have reported them to the department of fair trading as I did not receive the whole package that I paid for and I have contacted support numerous times with either no reply or a absolutely useless rePly saying that they are busy etc. Avoid at all costs!

I have had family Christmas photos with Santa with Scene to Believe for years. They are always professional and friendly and their photos are great. I recently realised I had forgotten to download a photo from last year and the Customer Service Manager Kamal was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to recover the image. Great service and I would highly recommend this company. I am incredibly grateful to Kamal.

Fantastic with my 10 month old daughter. They helped us with our stuff to ensure she was photo ready and tried their best to make her smile with Santa. We managed to get a non crying photo so that was pretty good. Couldn't be happier with them and there assistance. They even got some cheeky natural shots of us as a family that we can now look back on and it doesn't seem so posed. Thank you.

These guys are a bunch of cowards and they still owe me money for their failed service. I have made 8 visits in person and now have an Email trail with as many as 20 emails and they have failed to deliver on the service I paid for and the refund. Absolutely bloody useless and still in a fight with the muppets to get my money back. Stay away... plus the Santa was hunger over and he told me he had to much scotch the night before. Unprofessional and lack the ability for fundamental communication and customer service. USELESS!

St Mary's Santa photos were terrible. Santa was fantastic but the whole experience was like being at a zoo. 1.5 hour wait for photos then 1.5 hour wait just to pick them out and pay. Not worth it. Wont do it there again. Please get another comuter and printer or stop taking so many photos if you cant handle it.

I have had my santa photos taken at Chadstone for the last 3 years and have been happy each time. This year I had an issue with online delivery of my electronic files, as they weren't delivered by email. Scen to believe's customer service was great and sent me the photos once they were available from the store (as the hard drives had to be returned to head office first). Was very happy with the communication and help I got, especially from Kamal!

Just stood in line for 40min to have multiple families fast track in front of my kids who were really keen to see Santa. Absolute joke, all your customers are paying good money to get photos, it is ludicrous that you have two separate systems. 1 star, would not recommend.

We had a really wonderful experience today with Louise and Santa at Burwood westfield! They were amazing with the kids and took fabulous photos. So much so that I happily paid the extra amounts to have the digital photos. We will be recommending Louise and Santa to everyone! Louise is an absolute superstar and great with the kids! She certainly helps make the experience!

Wonderful experience this year for our Santa photo...

Wonderful experience this year for our Santa photos. We were able to make a booking outside of center hours to bring our dog in to be included which the kids loved! After we received our digital images we realised the staff had missed the best one and provided a different one accidentally, contacted the customer service team via email and had the images we wanted in our inbox within minutes. Great end to end service. Thank you!

This one is for the Santa photography event of Nov-Dec 2018 at Westfield Parramatta.

Professional photography is an experience that you are giving and not just photos with family and character.

After waiting 2hrs in the queue for getting a pic with my 2yr baby and wife with Santa - First of all, Mr. Santa is really tired (and we were happy even after the long wait). Secondly, Mr. Santa *REFUSED* to carry my son in his lap for no reason. Seriously?!!

You guys are at rock bottom in my experience. Improve guys...

Santa & photographer were so lovely with my Daught...

Santa & photographer were so lovely with my Daughters & family, we weren t rushed throughout our photo session. Both Santa and photographer were very cheery and positive.
I called customer care afterwards for help with downloaded photos and team member Xavier was extremely helpful, positive and caring.
Such a nice, friendly guy, great customer service!
This years Santa experience was above and beyond all!

VERY dissapointed with our experience at Charlesto...

VERY dissapointed with our experience at Charlestown. We went in one day after hearing that they offered Santa photos with your pets too. We were thrilled with the beautiful set up inside and were very excited. We spoke to one of the girls about what they offered and how to go about booking and then proceeded to book an early morning session (they only offered 7-9) which us two adults and two kids got up very early to get to. When we arrived however it was such a flop! We walked in the entry that lead to the Santa set up but were met by this poxy and dodgey set up under the escalators next to a vending machine. It was NOTHING like their wonderful set up. This was cheap and nasty and my heart just sunk as to book your session you had to pay upfront for a package so we were stuck with two excited kids and our two pups. While the staff there were good, the same girl who we had spoken to was there and not once when I was speaking to her the other day did she mention that the pet photos were to be shoved in a danky little section instead of the PROPER set up. Will NOT be wasting our time and money again and will go through private services and will advise anyone and everyone we speak to to do the same!

I'm beyond cranky and angry. Last year the photos at Chatswood Chase DJs were beautiful and the staff was helpful and professional, blowing bubbles to catch kids attention, hence, we returned this year. I requested the 6 digital images package at $49.95. First of all, there was a fan blowing at the chair and I did not realise my younger daughter look like there was a tornado blowing at her face, so in all the photos she's sitting there with hair on her face, closed eyes and pursed lips, like she's walking through a storm. My husband's glasses were reflective in alot of the photos, but the cameraman didn't bother to tell us despite taking over 15 images. It was only later, the other girl staff said a simple fix would have been to tip his glasses down a little - well that's really helpful after the photos have already been taken and the next family is on the santa chair. Santa just looked bored and wasn't even looking at the camera in alot of the photos. The staff was unprofessional and just wanted to hurry us through. The photos were so bad that I really struggled to choose any, let alone the 6 digital image package i wanted. And now to top it off, I get home and there is only ONE digital image I can access! And it's not even the one that got printed! I had paid for 6! What a joke!

I and My wife take pictures for Xmas every year and there was no online booking you just go on the quoue until your turn comes, this year at Hornsby westfield we took one quoue and after 10 min before we go to booth we were told you have to go to the other quoue because we didnt book online then we wait for another 30 min and they just keep serving online people until me and another lady go crazy about their way of serving people after our anger they let one of each quoue go through. plus the staffs were bunch of kids with minimum of management and customer care experience, MAC,s is also run by kids but there is a good management on top. if you care about your customer next years please give your staff some training. our photo was not good either to dark probably not enough lights after two times shooting.

We took Santa photos with our kids last Sunday at David Jones Elizabeth St and paid $59.95 for the ultimate package to get various digital images (includes upto 6 digital images) and some prints. When I got home to download the photos, the staff had sent the one we had agreed to delete because my husband had his eyes closed in it. I emailed the company and the response was to "keep checking for the next 48 hours" and then email again for further investigation. 48 hours have gone and of course nothing has changed and there is no reply, I call the company and they said they'll have to manually find the photos and will call me back in 10 minutes and I have received no return phone call. Santa photos should be a pleasant experience.

Finally, things were sorted by a very helpful staff. Third time lucky. Thank you Shannon McLaughlin.

Scene to believe did an incredible job photographing us and our 10 month old son (his first time meeting Santa). The area was being thoroughly sanitised by the team when we arrived. They were so dedicated and professional in putting us at ease and helping to capture the attention of our son and making him laugh and clap for the photos which was beautiful. I was at Artarmon Home HQ and just spent OVER AN HOUR waiting in line for santa photos with my daughter.

Then at 3:30pm exactly Santa got up and left, with only 4 groups left in the queue..... 4 groups!!! Rather than just quickly taking our photos for another 5 mins, Scene to Believe said we could come again tomorrow and queue up again for 1 hour ... sounds like the perfect way to spend a weekend!!

So much for xmas spirit .... I was left going home without any photos and having to answer my 3 year old daughter's question: "Daddy why is santa angry?"

I can never get a hold of these people. No one ever rings me back. There phone service of options lead to dead ends or it hangs up. If this is any indication of how the company operates, I dont want to have anything to do with them.

Had the worst experience with Santa in outer suburbs in Melbourne. Went into the enchanted gardens to have my little one photo with Santa. Unaware that we could book online, stood inline for 90mins before finally getting to the front of the line. Only to have online bookings who just rock up come through before you.

No advertising of online bookings and then when word spreads people in line start to book online to jump the queue.

I had a problem with not getting correct picture and thought I might not get it. I contacted customer service they looked into the photos once available and sent what I needed plus some of the extra snaps. Great service will go there every year and my precious moments are safe and accessible

Initial experience in store wasn't great, but service received by Santa Support - Amy T from Head Office was outstanding. Made a difficult situation a lot less stressful and smooth, resolving my problem very promptly. As someone in customer service industry for over 20 years very pleased to encounter a person who believes in and delivers such a high standard!! Today my children got santa photos with scene to believe at westfield fountain gate and the santa was incredible! He really spoke to my kids and even paid attention to what they said and then called my mum 'nanny' as he was told thats who she was. I was really impressed and so was my mum! She now wants to go there again for my younger sisters santa photos!
The helpers were also really nice and all smiling and talking to my kids too!

I came to Wetherill Park with my son on Christmas eve for his first Christmas photo. Just asked for one quick photo because I knew we were late. Five or six people were still waiting in a line to have a photo with Santa but boss said no to our baby. So he missed on his first Christmas photo.

The staff taking the Santa photos were really lovely and made sure we were happy with our photo. When we hadn't received our digital copy I phoned and spoke with Chris who was extremely helpful and emailed my photo through in just a few minutes. Aweaome experience!

These guys are the best!!! I almost had a heart attack when I realised I missed download our Santa photos from 2019, I was kicking myself I messaged them last week on fb and within minutes I was given a phone number to get help. The guy was hilarous, he asked me 'How can I make you smile'? and within 5 minutes sent all my photos. Indeed made me smile thanks for the great service. Me and my family can't wait for photos this year xx

We had our puppies Santa photos on Thursday 5th of December at Liverpool Westfields, the team were amazing and made sure they captured the perfect family photograph. When I got home I discovered that I hadn t received an individual photo of the puppy which I was looking forward to getting so I quickly emailed hoping they could help find the missing photo, Laura emailed back with the missing photo and made my day! Excellent Customer Service!!
I missed my booking for Santa Photos, and thought I lost my money. I called up customer support and young lady on the phone said they might not be able to reschedule. The call was transferred to the Manager, who not only resolved my issue, but also made me laugh and made my day. I don't usually like call centers, but if I get support like this, I would call happily. I had an amazing photo Session. Thanks Scene to Believe.

Scene to believe is comparatively more expensive t...

Scene to believe is comparatively more expensive than most of the other Photo Booth places however I went with them because I have dealt with them through my work.
I had hired them for my wedding and on the day of the event the Photo Booth kept crashing which resulted in people getting frustrated and not being able to take photos. It would take forever for the machine to restart again. It was really annoying and I paid in full when we couldn't even get the full service!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Scene to Believe take our shopping centre Santa Photo each year. The service is always very professional and they are great with younger kids. The timeslots are short but I've never felt presured or rushed by the staff, they make sure the photo is perfect and the position of everyone is right. We had a bit of trouble accessing our digital photo but Milly form customer service sorted it out quick smart for us! Even with covid restrictions the staff have followed guidelines and their own plan but also made the photos look great and one to remember.

Our photos turned out so lovely for our very first family portrait. Santa and his elf were very kind to us first time parents and our newborn.
I forgot to save the photos onto my computer and it wasn t until months later I realised. I emailed Scene to Believe with our photo code and Kamal was very accommodating and recovered our photos within 24 hours (I emailed on a Sunday so I m sure it would have been even quicker).

Very disappointed with the service this year!

Very disappointed with the service this year!
Decided to go to high point shopping centre there was a long wait and in the end I had to pay full price for a package that was missing a magnet photo because it was sold out. I also paid extra for a digital image that was supposed to be different than the prints, so they email me the wrong digital image. I contacted head office, they told me to send an email, so I did but still no response.
I would have really appreciated it if the digital image had been sent before Christmas.
I definitely should have listened to friends who told me not to go high point scene to believe.
I now know where to go next year.
