Our photos turned out so lovely for our very first family portrait. Santa and his elf were very kind to us first time parents and our newborn. I forgot to save the photos onto my computer and it wasn t until months later I realised. I emailed Scene to Believe with our photo code and Kamal was very accommodating and recovered our photos within 24 hours (I emailed on a Sunday so I m sure it would have been even quicker).
