Very disappointed with the service this year!

Very disappointed with the service this year!
Decided to go to high point shopping centre there was a long wait and in the end I had to pay full price for a package that was missing a magnet photo because it was sold out. I also paid extra for a digital image that was supposed to be different than the prints, so they email me the wrong digital image. I contacted head office, they told me to send an email, so I did but still no response.
I would have really appreciated it if the digital image had been sent before Christmas.
I definitely should have listened to friends who told me not to go high point scene to believe.
I now know where to go next year.
