Initial experience in store wasn't great, but service received by Santa Support - Amy T from Head Office was outstanding. Made a difficult situation a lot less stressful and smooth, resolving my problem very promptly. As someone in customer service industry for over 20 years very pleased to encounter a person who believes in and delivers such a high standard!!
