These people are FANTASTIC to work with. The staff who took our Santa photos were phenomenal, and the Customer Service team who we dealt with were beyond amazing! They really helped us out of a jam, and I really want to call out Xavier for being so incredibly helpful. Thank you so much! Made 2020's Christmas a little bit happier!

I had some trouble downloading my images. Chris from customer service was an absolute delight and solved my problem in a jiffy! Thanks so much Chris.

The website had some issues and I was shattered thinking I wasn't able to get access to my dogs santa photo. Xavier was so helpful! Within a few minutes it was all sorted. Thanks very much.

Had issues downloading the photo that we had paid for via the website. On contacting the customer service team, I received exceptional service from Chris who was very friendly and helpful. Chris went above and beyond to help solve our problem. Very satisfied with his help.

Help centre staff were amazing! Milly was quick to answer and helped me with all my queries.

Extremely disappointed with our treatment this last season with Santa photos. Paid for Fast-Pass & was disregarded whilst others without a pass were allowed through. I've had my complaints ignored, no-one responds to my email. I've noticed reviews on Facebook have been turned off & now seeing Google reviews am not surprised. Will not be going back again, will do my research next time & book at a non-Scene to Believe Photography package.

The Santa Photo staff at Scene to Believe were very welcoming and professional. I had an issue where I downloaded the incorrect photo for my digital download and spoke to Milly at customer care. She was extremely helpful and nice and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you!

We purchased our Santa photos today but when I tried to download our digital prints I couldn't access them using my email address for some reason. I contacted Scene to Believe directly and luckily for me Niall answered my call and was able to recover and send my digital prints directly to my email address. Niall was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault his customer service! Merry Christmas Niall thank you for all your help today!

Worst customer service and photographs done with Santa such a waste of money and time don't go to westfield Warringah Mall!!! Emailed someone over a week and a half ago about quality of the photos and the cost I paid someone got back to me asking for my mobile number to contact me and haven't heard from anyone since have tried calling numbers of times unable to get in contact.
Please don't waste your money or time worst photographer ever and aswell as customer service.

I had an amazing phone experience with a man named Nathan Gonsalves. I originally called because I was upset with my experience and he completely turned it around when I spoke to him over the phone. He was so lovely and professional and something that I cannot describe. I tried to write a google review but I couldn t find where to write it so wanted to put the amazing feedback on here. The 2019 Father Christmas was absolutely amazing!! He was so kind, engaging and friendly. He made it such a special experience and brought Christmas to life for my girls? The perfect Santa!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR PRECIOUS CHRISTMAS MEMORIES! I went to Santa Pawtraits at David Jones. I booked the first appointment at 9am, as I needed to leave for a Holiday but couldn't miss this experience. I wanted to purchase Santa Pawtraits for my dearest friends. The camera was not set up for 45 minutes... I was told I would receive my photos free due to the wait, but then was told no, I had to pay. All I wanted was 6 DIGITAL images (for $49.95 - not cheap for 10 minutes of photos, that are not even taken by a Photographer, I only had a few images to choose from, as most of the images were not in frame) I was told my images would be in my inbox "In 2 hours, or by Monday". On Monday when I went online to find the images, my barcode wasn't recognised, nor was the email address I registered with. GREAT. I then emailed and sent an online enquiry. No response. I then contacted David Jones who issued me a refund due to this experience. But I still wanted the photos I had waited 45 minutes for (and been late to a weekend away for). David Jones could not make contact with Scene to Believe. My calls went unanswered. I commented on Instagram, which was deleted. I posted on Facebook - Scene to Believe asked me to private message them so they could get in touch (and to take my issue out of the public eye) they never responded to my messages... Just so upsetting, a beautiful Christmas memory ruined. Learn from my mistake!

Hi I want to give my highest commendation to Jess, Adam and Santa at St Ives Village! There was a technical glitch and they handled it with aplomb, delighting in our 11-month old boy in the extra time they had with him. The extra time resulted in a photo of a very happy little boy and Santa who were clearly enjoying each other's company! Jess didn't blink an eye when the little guy's nappy unexpectedly leaked a little onto her! A quick clean up, a new nappy, and he was back in her arms! Well done!

We were so excited to take our 9 month old son for his first Christmas photos to the Scene to Believe set at Rouse Hill. The staff working on the day were friendly and so engaging with our little boy while we waited for Santa. Hannah was especially lovely, singing to our son and chatting with us while we were in line. I encountered some technical issues downloading the photos on my phone so I called the Scene to Believe customer service number just before 5pm on a Sunday where Amos was able to help me view and download my photos very quickly. I am very satisfied with the customer service I have received, especially from Hannah and Amos and am looking forward to visiting Santa at Scene to Believe Rouse Hill again next year. Highly recommended!!!

Our Family had Christmas photos taken at The St Ives Wildflower garden, coordinated by the Scene to Believe. The professional and organised service exceeded our expectations. We will be coming back next year!

Scene to Believe handled my uni graduation in Canberra on 11th December. I paid for a ceremony photo and they had one photographer set up at the side of the stage to take a photo of everyone as they received their degree from the Chancellor. After the graduation I went to get my photo printed. I was then given the bad news that there was some sort of technical glitch around the time I received my degree and no photo of me had been taken. I was incredibly upset noting this may have been a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and a professional photo of this was missed. I received a full cash refund on the spot and a few apologies. But noting the price this company charges, I would have expected some sort of backup system for these technical glitches if they were to occur. I would not use this company as they appear to be unreliable based on my experience with them and they do not ensure measures are in place to capture what can be the biggest moments of peoples lives.

Great experience, really thankful to the team for organizing this photoshoot in this pandemic. Enjoyed a lot
