1) The communication from the staff was horrible.
2) We paid for two Swim Up Suites with Butlers for ourselves and our friends. The cost of our trip was over $12,000 and we received one butler half a day, average food, poor customer service.
3) We never received anything special for our Honeymoon Package. The website promises A Bubbly Welcome that happened on the third day of our trip and was the exact same as non-Honeymoon guests, A Romantic Gesture of flower petals which were fake, and a delivery of fresh flowers and decadent breakfast in bed one morning of our choice which we did not get and did not choose.
4) We never received any towel animals, balloons, or nice gesture from our butlers. We didn t even meet one until the very last day and Mikal did absolutely nothing for our entire trip. When completing our pre-trip butler questionnaire, we requested pinot grigio. We had none in our room and had to go get it ourselves. I still cannot understand the point of this questionnaire if they did nothing with it.
5) When you break down the costs of this trip, we literally paid right around $1,500.00 per couple per night for a nice room, average food, good drinks, and terrible service.
6) My husband and I got one honeymoon and we decided to spend it at Sandals Montego Bay based on recommendations and online reviews. Instead we got a disaster.

Sandals Montego Bay. Pool area is much smaller than other Sandals I have been to but the service and attention to detail is beyond reproach. We met couples and overheard convo's stating they have been to the exact location for over 10 years. That says...ALOT. Clean areas, friendly staff, ever changing daily menus and all the beverages you like are all included in the price. We werent disappointed at all. Any time away from Atlanta traffic and daily nuances is time well spent. A VETERANS nite or gathering would be nice. Thx to the "owner" whom responded here.

It was a great place to stay! There was some construction next door to our honeymoon suite but it didn't really take away from the beautiful view and the amazing accommodations. It's a great small all inclusive resort. Not crowded at all. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi was only good for one day on our three day visit.

Had an amazing honeymoon staff was great. Cleanliness was top notch, sanitizer everywhere, had to sanitize before entering every restaurant. Event staff was amazing Lisa, Alisia, Adam, Rajeesh. They kept us all entertained day and night. I don't think they slept. Would definitely highly recommend staying here. So many others were amazing and welcoming as well.

Just returned from my honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay! This was my first Sandals vacation and we went during this PANDEMIC!! I cannot even explain how much we LOVED Jamacia. We were very nervous about the new COIVD protocols and travel requirements making our honeymoon super stressful and but once we got on the resort it was complete paradise! I highly recommend getting the Club Mobay to help get through all the craziness at the airport. We literally only spent 45mins at the airport! We had an amazing time, the food, the water, the people, and we had NO WORRIES!

Ok. So I was supposed to go to the Bahamas. Due to whatever story Sandals wants to tell, I didn't go. I went to sandals Montego Bay. What a great experience. Please get butler service and club mobay at the airport. You will not regret either one. No job was too small or too big for them. The tipping policy is confusing. The bartender at the pub just stared you down and waited for tips, but everything I read said no tipping. The butlers, you should tip them. They deserve it! My hubby is kinda cheap lol, so I'll bring my own money. Our room was straight on the beach. There was a full bar in my room. The beds are really high. I have about 20 bruises on my legs trying to get up on it! But seriously that is the only bad thing I can say. I ate really well each day. I drank mudslides. Shout outs..,first and foremost Carle and Cordia. These butlers were great! Davion, Dr. D...MADE THE BEST DRINKS EVA!!! Camille, jayvon, Chevelle, Charmaine, the play makers, Jermaine, the housekeeping staff, the massage ladies (OMG THE BEST MASSAGE EVER), Reyon, Scion, the omlette lady, and everyone else I can't remember. Chevelle I hope you have a great vacation! Haha tuna says hi yo yo!, thanks for everything!

The worst hotel location extremely close to the runway so very loud noise as planes take off and land all day!!! ..... Brain washed staff who have Pavlovian reflex to planes as they fly over the hotel (seriously they will leave this job and be for ever waving their hands by their ear when they hear a plane). Food was OK , stick to the traditional menus, the Japanese food is passable but pretentious....
The beach is good and the staff do their best to entertain. If I could do it again, I would go somewhere else.

Don't get sick at Sandals!!! My husband got food poisoning and had diarrhea for 2 days. The nurse on site said immodium was a Rx here so we had him get a Dr to get some even though we new the Dr would cost $185! She came and would not give him immodium but gave him 3 shots of useless medicine ( My daughter is a pharmacist and she confirmed it). They had him sign some paperwork and I left. The bill was almost $700 !!!! Sandals management did nothing to help. They call in this Dr all the time so they know what she is doing and don't care or maybe they get a cut! My advice is go to the local hospital, it couldn't be any worse!!

It might look like I give more cons than pros but I can say we loved the vacation, it's easier to note some of the negatives sometimes but the positives outweighed them. We loved our time at Montego Bay and booked for the next year. The best place for a honeymoon. Perfect for military/first responders with the 10% discount.

Some Pros:
-Extremely friendly staff (once in a while there would be one or two who were slightly rude but never to a point where it bothered me).
-Free Wi-Fi throughout resort, the only place I seemed to lose connection was the bathroom...
-Several restaurants were waterside so you could watch the sunset while you ate dinner most of the time
-You do not need a butler, there are several bars and several restaurants, we never once felt like we should have gotten a butler
-With as many bars as there are you will never feel like you cant get a drink, the staff is hard working and will get you a drink within two minutes
-All of the restaurants except for the Italian one. The steak house was amazing, best food on the resort. Tokyo Jos was also another favorite, my wife isnt a fan of Asian foods but she absolutely loved it.
-Beach Activities; volleyball, dancing, etc. They have newspapers given to your room each morning and have activity times to get more people together, volleyball was always fun.
-Night Activities, they had several events going on in the lobby each night. Dancing, music, shows, etc.
-The best ocean water I've ever swam in.

Some Cons:
-Airport touches resort, its EXTREMELY loud during the day. It's not a super active airport so give or take 10-20 flights and hour. It stops around sunset so it doesnt bother you during the night.
-The "Fancy" Italian restaurant, great view and my steak was great. My wife got a lasagna and we split calamari and meatballs. The calamari was pretty much just breading. The lasagna and meatballs? I'm pretty sure it was chef boyardee on a plate... not good whatsoever.
-Room TV channels... I know, it's a vacation you dont go to watch TV, personally I love laying in bed and watching a short show or movie before getting to sleep. There are about 10 news channels, 10 sports channels, 5 religious channels, 5 kids channels, and that's it... if you're looking for a movie or show good luck. I wish I had brought a laptop to watch netflix.
-Swimming area in ocean is extremely restricted. There is a roped off box about 50 yards in length and only goes out to about 4 to 5 feet deep
-Bathroom has permanently opened window Louvres, I could hear people walking by the bathroom all the time. I'm sure theres a reason behind it but it makes me uncomfortable to use the bathroom with people hearing everything I do.
-The staff running the off-site excursion, I dont remember the female I spoke with but we decided to do the ATV ride, I mentioned it to the employee and before she said anything she picked up the phone and began speaking to someone else, she then asks me what day I would like, I reply and she prints off a ticket and says it will be billed to my room. I basically didnt get a word in and she already completed the ticket. I asked her if we needed close to shoes, she replied no and that sandals were fine, we get to the excursion and they forced us to buy pairs of water sneakers ($20 a pair)...
-Prices at the Gift shop...good luck buying most items, they are EXPENSIVE. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying as much as I am for the resort I wont be paying almost $30 for a small can of sunscreen, $90 for a button down shirt...

A Pro and Con at the same time:
-Off-Site excursions, we did the Dolphin swimming and ATV ride, both of which were awesome! They are extremely expensive though, for instance dolphin swim was $330 for me and my wife, plus you cant use your phone to take pictures and you have to buy their pictures which was about $40 a picture. All of the employees say "if you have had a good time your appreciation can be shown with tipping."(These are not owned by Sandals, so I am not using this to influence my rating of the resort)

Where to start.....it's important to preface this ...

Where to start.....it's important to preface this review by stating that I truly believe most of the folks who work at Sandals Montego Bay are genuinely well intentioned. We found most of the staff very friendly and engaging. In summary, there is a lot of window dressing at Sandals with not a lot of substance. The failure is in their execution. It's difficult to be so critical and not sound like some spoiled, overprivilged American when writing this, especially when you see how many of the locals in Jamaica live. But this resort is by no means cheap. It bills itself as "5 Star", so this review should be fair warning to others. At the time of this writing, I also would concur with many of the other observations of others who rated this facility 1-3 stars. Here are some highlights:

ARRIVAL: somewhat confusing on where to go upon arrival. There was no one from Sandals to greet us as we had expected. Got to the resort, we were taken right into the air conditioned reception room no problem. This is only for butler service. If you don't have it, you are waiting in the main lobby in the heat for your room. Maybe 30-45 minutes and butler came to take us to our room. Halfway to the room, he talks to someone on the phone: our room isn't ready. He dumps us off at one of the bars near the jerk shop to have lunch while room cleaning is finished. After over an hour waiting we went back to the reception area because we weren't dressed for the heat and were dying. Waited some more. Complained. Took 3 hours to finally get into our room. Had to really get insistent about bags being brought to room as there was quite a delay in that as well.

2. FOOD / FOOD SERVICE: substandard. Not 5 star quality. Look, many people come from different backgrounds and are going to have varying opinions on this. If you think a meal at Denny's or Shoney's is "good food," then you will love Sandals. If you loved hot lunch in school, then you will love Sandals food. Personally, I get better meals at local chain restaurants like Olive Garden then the food at Sandals which is insane if you look at how much you pay. The food is, in my opinion, like lower hotel chain buffet food. Very bland all around , portions are small, and each menu is very limited. We got to the point of ordering multiple appetizers/entrees/deserts because we didn't want to leave hungry the portions were so small. Usually only one chicken and/or beef selection on each menu. Drinks were ALWAYS watered down unless you specifically demanded top shelf liquor, and service was exceedingly SLOW. Also very poor follow up with things like refills, etc. The best restaurant there is Butch's. Many guests have trouble securing a table at Butch's which is strange because we saw many empty tables which leads one to surmise that they intentionally limit access. At it's best, however, Butch's would have a hard time beating your local Oilve Garden or BoneFish chain restaurant.

3. INTERNET: No one told us until our second day there about premium internet which, of course, you pay extra for. Without it, internet connection sucked unless you were in the main lobby or close to it. Without premium access, we weren't able to connect AT ALL from our room. NOTE: we have the newest Samsung Galaxy S10+ phones. (On a positive note: they comped us premium acces because of the issues we had at check-in and on our candlelight dinner)

4. CANDLELIGHT DINNER: Basic cost for this was $200. Specialty wine, flowers, cheese and crackers and some food was extra. Supposed to have a photographer. Only showed because we asked someone. Dinner service was painfully slow. Food was blah.

5. PHOTOS: Very Expensive. $500 bucks if you have 50-100 photos of which you want digital downloads (it was going to be $899 if we wanted all of our photos digitally)

6. EXCURSIONS: Expensive but really the only way to have fun at this resort.

I could go on with more space. Many promises went unfulfilled on this trip. Seriously considering whether we will ever do a Sandals vacation again.

This place is located right next to the airport runway. You will hear and see planes landing all day. This place is really a scam, they have no customer service and will offer to move you to a sister hotel but you have to scarifice all the upgrades and deal with that drama. Total scam Sandals does not care about you and just wants your money. Do not stay at sandals montego bay Jamaica, you will hear and feel air planes landing every 5 minutes, horrible location...

A fantastic place to spend your honeymoon or to get away. The all inclusive is definitely the way to go. There is so many food options that you never have to eat the same thing twice and the staff is really friendly. The water is crystal clear and there were never any waves so you could float in the water all day without having to worry.

This resort is astonishing! It's like it's own city. There was no expenses spared at creating this paradise. The layout is great. The landscaping is magnificent. The staff is awesome. They have pools right outside of some of the rooms so you can walk right down the stairs from your patio and into the water. The food is wonderful. But the sights... wow! The sunset... wow! The beach... wow! If you're planning a getaway, whether for romance or fun, this is a great resort tip visit. If you find this review helpful, please press like below.

This was an experience we had been waiting for for a long time and it did not disappoint. My wife and I loved every minute of it and we are already planning on a return trip in the future as well as visiting other Sandals resorts as well!

I was so disappointed. I was at the resort for a wedding. The staff favored people who had the opposite pigmentation of their own. It was sad. The food was bland at the resort. They messed up my room selection. I booked an OCEANVIEW room and they gave me a poolside view. They moved my room after I complained only 2 rooms down from where I had initially been placed...still a poolview. They tried to say if you come out to the balcony and try to look to the far left you can see partially the ocean. The room was so old looking for a location that was supposed to be modern. I was highly disappointed when I switched rooms, however, I did not have time to dispute the issue as I had to run to help the bride get ready at the time so I could not truly take the time needed to rectify the situation. Did I mention they claim I could not get room service. This Oceanview room option is not worth it, I recommend strongly those who can to stay at the Royal Caribbean the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, they have an open bar, butler, even bath robes, hot tub, random events, and the food is delicious....at the Montego Bay Oceanvieww there is no bar, no robes, food sucks, no room service. I was told the location and room was better then the Royal Caribbean option...I was duped. I took pictures to dispute the charges with my card company. On top of all of that, they did not give the bride the decorations she paid for, I had to step in. They were not prepared at all each time we were moved to a different of the services my friend they were still trying to set things up. It was a terrible 1st time experience.

Was originally booked for Sandals Ochi. Had to move to this resort due to our vacation dates 7-12th. In doing so received an upgrade to a club level room for no charge! It hurts my heart typing this because we are no longer there. We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived on-site in a BMW with concierge team awaiting us out front. We were whisked away to our room instantly and given a tour. They contacted us to make dinner reservations and had us setup for the week. All the employees have the best attitude! Marlon, Nicolas, Shanice, Shinque, Matthew, Vicky, Andrew, Cyana were all exceptional! We will miss them dearly. The beach was beautiful, the food was great (Butchs, Soy, Cucina Romana) We booked a trip to Antigua for next year but dont know if we will enjoy it as much as our trip here because it was fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone.

Sandals is a really nice resort. The ocean is divine. The staff is incredibly nice and aims to please. We got a butler suite which came with private transport to and from the resort as well as two butlers available to us to essentially to do whatever we need to enhance our trip. Plenty of land and water sports as well including glass bottom boat to check out sea life. Although it is super convenient to be 5 minutes away from the airport it is super loud at times. You actually can see the planes take off. I also think there could be a few more restaurant choices. Rooms are nice and modern. The only reason I wouldn't go back anytime soon is due to the noise effect from the airport.

Nice resort, beach, eats, some staff is friendly but not as much as I feel they should be. Some services/staff slow. Took us OVER 5 hrs (2 hr prior to flight and over 3 hrs after we got there) to check in but was home office not resorts fault. We had to transfer due to weather. Alcohol available in room rules have changed but still advertising, again not resorts fault. We had to call airlines from room (1-800 #) about flight and was charged $50. We didn't get our return guest info until I had to ask 2-3 times, restaurants asked if we were celebrating something special and we said anniversary but nothing special Afters by them or resort in room. Issues everyday with Wi-Fi. This was our 12th time coming to Sandals at club level or Butler services and was disappointed several times this trip.

The staff at south coast from our 2019 trip apparently sent our expectations too high because we were so disappointed in our stay at Montego Bay.We felt like more of an inconvenience everywhere we went than welcome. Bartenders were slow and spent more time talking to each other and seemed annoyed when someone asked for something. On our last full day there11-17, I wanted to do the sailing activity that was included in the water sports and the 4 lifeguards argued over who would take us out and then they picked someone walking by-Oriel and he asked 10 times if we actually wanted to do it and while we were sitting on the boat asked how much I weighed and then said it felt like he just pushed a cow.needless to say I was grateful to leave which I ve never had that feeling on vacation. The resort needed more employees like Rajesh, Marlon, Sam Miller, Vilma,Charnella,Vanessa,Cornet,Felicia which were kind, genuine, happy and truly exceptional at their jobs. They saved many parts of our trip. We also paid for the club level room and the club sandals was a joke-again felt like an inconvenience when going in to ask for a reservation or needed help. We were sent to the front desk multiple times for things that the south coast club took care of for us without even asking. We were also greeted by by name when going in at south coast. We had to call multiple times to get our refrigerator restocked with waters as they never came in to do so. With the exception of the above named employees, the nurse and the fact that the food was good it was overall disappointing service for a sandals resort.

Leaving Sandals Montego Bay was such sad day! Our large group was treated like royals from the minute we arrived! Our friend s wedding was beautiful and our experience will be raved about for a long time to come! The service was outstanding in all areas, but we must thank our brother bartenders Tevin and Keylon in particular. The Play Makers worked so well to ensure that we enjoyed every activity available! Macca the King of the Sea gave a great tour of the Bay. We hope to visit again soon,
Thanks for everything Lindsay Allen and Blake McMillan

My boyfriend and I went here for a wedding. Our room was beautiful, the service was great, and the food and drink were amazing! Of the three resorts you can easily shuttle to in the area, we thought this one has the best party. We also went on excursions, zip line, horseback riding, atv, and tubing, which was a great time!

The location is conveniently located in proximity to the montego bay airport. The staff the food the activities all were excellent. I can't comment on the rooms due to the fact that I stayed at there sister property the Carlisle which is now closed permanently. The location offers a free shuttle service between this location and there sister resort 5 miles away. The location has beach front access from anywhere on the property with beautiful crystal clear water and smooth sand beaches. The resort of multiple free water sports some for a fee. The pools are well maintained and the property in general was well prepared and maintained. I would highly recommend this location for couples or singles. The resort really goes the extra mile on service. This was my first venture into the Sandals resorts brand and it want be my last.

While we enjoyed our stay at Sandals, we have to say their Check In process took forever. We waited almost 4 hours to check in and by that time, we were already quite upset that nobody was coming to us to update us on what was going on. Apart from that, everything else was great. The nightly entertainment was amazing. The food and the drinks were great and the service by everyone we came across was amazing. I hope they can streamline their check in process and maybe reviews would be better.

The best sandals in Montego Bay. Great Beach area, lots of included activities, staff are friendly and property is beautiful. Food is meh but not horrible. Recommend! Be sure to catch the free shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Sandals and visit the Thai restaurant. Definitely the best meal at Sandals.

Just came from Montego Bay for vacation and stayed at Sandals Montego Bay, although the scenery was great but for all the money we paid I expected top notch service. The food was subpar, plus portion is small. The only good restaurant we liked was the Oleander which require reservation. Entertainment was lacking or almost non existent(same thing almost every night). The beach is kind of small there was a lot of seaweeds, however the water sports stuff was free;scuba diving and snorkeling was free (well included in the price you paid). Get a butler, it will make your stay much better and you do have option to visit other sandals resorts, they provide shuttles and you still have access to all the restaurant at those resorts as well.

We had a great ten day visit this year. This property is very well maintained and easy to navigate. The beach is beautiful and clean, plenty of food to choose from all day and night. The new Soy Sushi restaurant is excellent. The Dive Shop people are first class. Shout out to Big D Dovonan Gray and Stewy Durvan Stewart, the best teachers. We will miss Capt. Fast Car and wish him great fishing in his retirement. Much respect for all the staff and the Jamaican people. One Love.

Wow! What an experience! My wife Chasity & I spent last week here and we had a blast. I have no complaints. Staff was incredible. Patrick made our experience unique with private snorkeling & a trip to Margaritaville. We caught a Wahoo deep sea fishing with bruce & paul... and we took our catch to the chef and we had half fried and half fried wahoo delivered to our room. The royal/ultimate dolphin swim at Lucea was money well spent... pics are $20 each or buy a cd with all pics for $120...worth it! We did glass bottom at our resort smb & we did it at sandals royal carribean and I'd do both again... royal Caribbean had a private island which we explored thoroughly and enjoyed it (I'd still rather stay at smb in future). We did romana cucina, oleander and tokyo joes and they were all fantastic. I can't think of a bad experience.. if i had ro recommend one specific thing, I'd suggest spending $220 a couple and go on a private snorkeling/Margaritaville trip with patrick! I miss him- great person. We prebooked our next trip and as much as i want to go visit somewhere we've never been, we went ahead and bought our next vacation while on vacation (saved an extra 12% off the lowest price) to the same place- sandals montego bay!

While we were at Sandals Royal Caribbean, we traveled over to see this resort and have a meal. When we arrived, we were not greeted, nor could we find anyone at the front desk to ask directions. We ate at the Italian restaurant "Cucina Romana" and were very disappointed with the food. The sunset view from the restaurant was the best that the restaurant had to offer. The place looks beautiful and we heard wonderful reviews for the other restaurants. Would visit again to try Butch's.

Best time in a long time. Food, fun and lots of drinks. Great water sports and excursions. Very nice staff. If you can get the butler service, you will not regret it. They meet your every need. Day or night.

Right by airport, gorgeous water and great staff. All you can eat and drink, swim and sun. Beware though, outside the resort everyone wants handouts and tips, even for doing their job. Guy would not even let us on the bus from airport without tipping him, stood in front of door and would not move. Seems typical of the island

The variety of food could be better (fruits and sea bugs) and the beach is not that good. The hotel is very good.
It is next to the airport so during the day airplanes pass quite close.

I am actually shocked to be writing this poor of a review. This is not what I would have expected from a company with such a high reputation. My wife and I have been here on our honeymoon for about 4 hours now sweating in our jeans during which time we have been treated rudely because they upgraded our room because we re Honeymooners and we don t understand why you re upset. We were to be staying in a private villa secluded from everyone... obviously our preference but are currently in a obviously outdated room in which the bedposts are attached with screws to hold it together where it has obviously been cracked off and also hair on both of our pillows and the sheets themselves. I believe they ve overbooked our room and won t admit it. They ve told us the soonest they can get us in to the correct room is tomorrow. It is so unjust and inappropriate and would love for corporate to reach out to me to rectify my extreme disappointment and frustration to enjoy the rest of my honeymoon as I should with my wife smiling and not crying in the room.

This was our first time visiting a sandals resort, and let me tell you. This place is beautiful, everyone is so welcoming and so nice! We were definitely not expecting such a great service and atmosphere. We are booking another trip, so THAT much my wife and I loved it. When we got to the airport the experience started there. Shaniel received us at the hotel and she was excellent, she received us with such great energy and welcoming feeling that made us feel great. The entertainment team was amazing! Melisia, Kimberly, Crystal, Sapphire, Javada Alllll of them were amazing! They made a great atmosphere making our vacation a great and fun moment to definitely remember! On the restaurants all of the staff was so great! Gerdeen on the Bayside restaurant was so friendly and welcoming knowing we were celebrating our 5 yrs. Hands down, our best vacation ever! We are visiting again for SURE!

Do NOT purchase the Butler Suite at Montego Bay Jamaica. My wife and I were celebrating 20 years of marriage in Oct of 2020 and we wanted to renew our vows and be pampered down there. When we first arrived, the female butler that we had was VERY rude. We flew in from NY and I had a sweatsuit on and she was taking us on a tour of the resort and I was sweating back... I asked if I can go to the room first to change out of my hoodie, and she said that I couldn't, she has to finish the tour because she has other people that are waiting... smh wth... She was very rude. I immediately asked to speak with the Butler Manager and he sent a different team for us..Marvin was GREAT and tried to anticipate our needs, but Stevon was complete opposite.. I put most of my concerns on Loop in the Sandals App and those concerns weren't addressed and rectified. We traveled during Covid and places like Sandals NEED our money for them to survive during this time, so they Should be going ABOVE and Beyond with their service and making sure that the guests are taken care of. That WASN'T done! I have alot more issues that would be too much to list here. If someone from Sandals is reading this, you can look on Loop from when we were there and pull the log of the issues that we experienced.... We will not be returning to Sandals Montego Bay. We paid a good amount for our Butler experience and we didn't receive that....I suggest staying in a non butler suite or NOT going to Sandals Montego Bay.

ABSOLUTE BEST VACATION OF OUR LIVES! My husband and I went here last month for our honeymoon and it was absolute paradise! I have to say what made the experience so great was not the unlimited drinks, food, or beaches (even though that was ALL AMAZING), it was the staff! They are all so friendly and make you feel like family! They get to know you by name and you will come home talking about them as well. There was always an event going on at night that you could include yourself in, or you could nestle away somewhere by yourselves and have some privacy. Everything was so relaxed and you don't have to worry about anything! We loved the stay at 1, play at 3 option. But to be honest, we loved our resort so much that when we visited the other resort (Royal Caribbean), we went back to ours the next hour! Montego Bay is better if you're looking to have more "fun," as in they have more events going on more activities to choose from, and it is more lively. We had an amazing time at Sandals. They are extremely courteous and very kind to all guests and will do everything in their power to make your stay great. The food is decent, good for an all inclusive. The jerk chicken at the beach grill is second to none. Will be back!
