Sandals Montego Bay Review

Pleasant environment, but too much air traffic overhead all day.

The sandals are nice places but this one has no privacy. Male workers are too close and too friendly starring and talking and asking private questions and wanting to shake hands all the time. Please leave people alone. One thing is to greet others and be there when needed but a different this is to be annoying.

Bring that someone special to this beautiful piece of Jamaica. Excellent food and service.

Staff is not friendly or helpful. Went to Sandals Montego Bay for a dive vacation. In 22 years and more than 200 dives, I have never had more problems with a dive operator. Basically they called me a liar and did not believe I dove just 4 moths ago and demanded to see my log book or dive computer to prove that I dove recently. They also made me get doctors release because I take cholesterol medication. They simply did not want us to dive and did all they could to make it impossible. If you want to dive don't stay here, go someplace else.

This is our third trip to a Sandals resort. Food, service, hotel all excellent as we've come to expect. Already booked for next year at Sandals Grenada.

My wife and I loved our 6-night stay this past week. Our room was clean and housekeeping always did a phenomenal job, the food and drink options could satisfy any appetite, and the facilities were always in pristine condition. We were also very impressed by the entire staff, and particularly their staff that provided entertainment and activities through our stay! Rajesh and Adam did a fantastic job of keeping everyone happy and involved with all of the activities.

Awesome vacation. Everyone was very friendly, staff and patrons. Lots of free and paid activities to choose from. Drink and food options were great!

Amazing people! Just a blast!! Went for our honeymoon we will definitely be going back.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and didn't want to go home! Everything here is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

What a great vacation we had here. The restaurants, Soy, Butch's, the Jerk shack, all were so good! Ask for Robert at Butch's, all his recommendations were spot on. Kamira at Soy was so pleasant and helpful, really good sashimi prepared exquisitely. Everything at the Jerk shack was Dynamite, the pork, the sausage, the fish in foil and of course the chicken too. Ricky took great care of us for our candle light dinner in the Greek gazebo and the food was really good too. The entertainment crew of Brittania, Sapphire, Rajis, Ramon and the others really made our time here fun. They got us involved and kept us coming back for more fun. The bartenders here are excellent also. Dane at the swim up bar, Rajiv, Sashanna and Jermaine at Latitudes, Denhom at the beach bar. Junior at a couple different bars. Thank you all!

Our transfer from mainland room to the OWB was very long and when got over to island we had to wait when we asked for the mask & snorkel while we wait we didnt get them until the next day and they charged them to the room since they were not here and later we had to ask them to remove the charge. When I book the OWB I requested one facing the sunset such as OWB 6,7 or 8 and again made the request when we checked in, but the lady at check in said to wait and tell our butler so we told Marjorie and we never heard anything back from her. Then towards the end of our stay Tamara asks is there anything they could have done better and we told her we would have liked to see the sun set from our room and then she said if i would have known that then I could have moved you into OWB 8 when the other guest check out. This make me very frustrated as I told everyone I could about us having that preference, however nobody seemed to care and for the money we paid we felt we should have been able to have our preferences even if it was only for a few days.

Love love love it I had a awesome time in Montego Bay I can't wait to go back again hopefully the staff will still be there and I made some friends through the stuff we are connected on Facebook if I had a great time

Our vacation was awesome. Staff was so friendly. Room was clean, view was perfect, weather was perfect with a slight breeze. Pool bar and ocean are perfect day time hangout spots. The ocean water in front of the resort is perfect. No seaweed. Dining options are good...Bayside for dinner was our favorite dinner spot. Matthew at Oleander was great too. We hope to make it back at some point.

Amazing resort. Views, service and staff are first rate. All inclusive resort, so drinks flow freely. Food is good, but portion size could be bigger. Definitely try the Jamaican coffee. A mixture of coffee, jamaican rum creme, whipped creme and coffee liqueur. Rum is a great way to start the day in paradise! Our new morning staple! If you can afford a higher level room, with a butler, do it. They handle everything! Overall an amazing week at an amazing 5 star resort!

Great place! Excellent customer service, the staff are very friendly and dedicated.

I had a wonderful stay there. The rooms and butler service were fantastic. They have several restaurants and the food was great at each one. There was so much to do there but there is also access to the other Sandals resorts which were also great.

Fantastic service staff, beautiful room with awesome views. All of the restaurants were great. We really enjoyed the all inclusive experience, the drinks and entertainment. We will be back one day!

Sandals is one of my favorite places to go. The people are friendly and are always making sure you are having a great time.

This is a great place to visit. Staff is super friendly and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Much better than the Royal Caribbean as far as friendly staff and well kept grounds. Swim up suites are highly recommended...

Went to Montego Bay Sandals Resort in June 2016. Will never go back to another sandals. Our account was hacked because of booking online. This was supposed to be a secure site. Because of this, there were quite a few charges already charged on our credit card before we found out. When we told them about it at the Resort in Customer Service, they acted very concerned, but never compensated us for anything of any kind. Not even sure we got a "Sorry". Website very deceiving! No night life! Thought there would be a dance club or something. No one around after 10:00ish PM. Swim up bar pool was dirty. Went there the first day and never went back to that pool. The whole place needs to be updated, especially the rooms. They had a Martini Bar and Chocolate Bar set up and they were never advertised. Only found out about them by running into them. There was supposed to be a "White Night" and this was never advertised either. We were talking with an employee who told us about it, so not very many people participated in this and nothing special was done for it either.
We were told by others, after we came back, the other Sandals is better on the other side of the Island. Why should they be better??? Shouldn't ALL Sandals Resorts be the same? For the amount of money we paid, we could have gone to a Beaches Resort, and what I have heard, they are wonderful Resorts! Also, I believe they "water down" their alcohol. Drank Rum all day, starting at 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM, and had quite a few, and never felt a thing. And I am not a drinker. I maybe have 2 drinks a month. Our goal was to relax and we DID accomplish this due to; not much going on. Other reviews mention the airport being so close and that it is loud. That would be the last thing I would complain about. It made it interesting and the planes only flew late morning until evening. Did not hear them early AM or during the night. Anyone booking this vacation knew the airport was only minutes from the Resort. Felt really sorry for any couples that were Honeymooning or getting married there. Would have been dissappointing. I could add more to this post, but getting too long already. Adding one more thing....we do vacation at different places, so we do have places to compare this Resort to. So, BEWARE OF SANDALS!
The only reason why we are giving it a 2 star is because the employees were extremely nice and accomodating. Loved the room Maid service! The two young activity employees were a lot of fun!!!! Believe their names were Candace and Ramone! The food was good, especially at Tokyo Jo. The chefs there were very nice also!

Spent 10 days here in March. The resort is beautiful. Beautiful views. Good food. Good drinks.

Really have no complaints except for the stay at one, play at 3 thing the nearby Sandals resorts have. It seemed like everyone from the smaller resorts were coming to Montego Bay to enjoy the beach there, and that made it crowded at times. That should be limited if you ask me.

People complaining about the planes, you honestly count to 5, and they are gone. They dont start too early, and they don't end too late. Can you hear them? Yes. But not a bother at all.

Beautiful couples only luxury resort! The food and drinks were delicious.
Our room was clean and tastefully decorated; they cleaned our room twice a day. The private soaking tub on our balcony was a nice romantic touch. Staff was for the most part friendly. We did encounter a few that were perhaps having a very bad day. The beach and water were pristine. I swear the water temp was in the mid 80's during our stay in October. Also just a heads-up that a negative Covid test is required for entry into Jamaica. The resort took cleaning seriously in the midst of Covid. You are required to sanitize your hands at every restaurant. It's not optional. The resort cats were super friendly and an added bonus if you're an animal lover. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to go back!!

Our best vacation experience to date! This was a true R&R retreat that Sandals made memorable for us in every way possible. We visited Summer 2017 and will definitely be going back in fact we already booked a couple years out for a return trip :) First timers, do yourself a favor and pay extra for the CLUB MOBAY VIP experience. It is worth its weight in gold, will expedite / bypass lines, and give you more time on your vacation. I could not believe how easy this process was and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone planning to visit. We went all out for our first time via Butler suite with all the bells and whistles. ALL of it worth EVERY penny. Bob Marley's (the rainbow colored signature cocktail) and Banana Pina Coladas go down like water only to be complimented with some truly STELLAR food. Ask about (or just find) the Jamaican Meat Patties on-site (you'll be glad you did), and we had these almost daily to snack on once we uncovered these treasures. We would also recommend (staff suggestion to us did not fail!) the chops! OMG, the best meal we had there that we went back to at least 3-4 times on our trip because it just had that extra flair above and beyond everywhere else for the on-site eateries. Another must, the Jamaican coffee bar. This became routine in the morning (and many times) later in the day because it was that good and worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and make a note to bring back some of the Rum Cream (you'll not easily find the same brand back @ home in the states as its simply not readily available for whatever reason; hopefully that changes!). Room service (which is a separate service offering to those staying at a Butler suite) was also very solid and I would add, that they will bring you anything from the on-site restaurant menus as well, all you have to do is ask! The staff were ALL extremely friendly and you can tell that everyone takes pride in working there and making for a great customer experience which is exactly what we had, a GREAT experience, and one that we cannot rate highly enough. Thank you Sandals Montego Bay! You have 2 more locked-in that will definitely be back in the near-future!!

Butler service was great, they catered to our needs and anticipated our needs as well. The snacks and beach setups were great. The cooler with beer and water for the beach are a nice touch. Rooms were awesome!

Sandals Montego Bay was absolutely stunning. My wife and I couldn t have asked for a better resort to take our honeymoon at. All inclusive truly means all inclusive at the Sandals brand. You won t be disappointed by a thing!

Actually stayed at the Royal Caribbean. Absolutely loved it. People complained about the planes but it wasn't too bad. People made it into a drinking game. The staff has been incredibly friendly

The entire experience was phenomenal. Service, food, entertainment, and everything else was top notch. Once we were through customs at the airport there was a nice lounge for Sandals guests with food and beverages and well as its own bathroom. We had booked a butler suite so it also came with a personal transfer to the resort. Once we were there, even though we were significantly early, they took us to a special check in room and the amazing service started there. The rest of the week we could have not asked for more. Both of our butlers Cassandra and Kacey Ann were always there when we needed them but not constantly hovering around when we didn't. The room was very nice and I would not have changed anything about it. The food at every restaurant and even the daily breakfast and lunch buffets was fantastic. I can honestly say that every aspect of this Sandals was incredible and we plan to go back to Sandals resorts in the future.

A beautiful place to vacation! The staff is friendly and make sure you have a good time. 98% of the food is amazing, there are many vegan options. Definitely worth the money.

Over priced for what it offers. Friendly, out going staff in all areas! Food mediocre. Paying for Butler service reconized as a higher class guest, therefore more privileged than others. The more often you stay, the better you're treated.

This resort is probably one of my favorites EVER. We enjoyed a butler suite during our stay, which was absolutely worth while. Everyone, from our butlers to the bartenders, was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our rooms were cleaned multiple times throughout the day, and we frequently returned to surprises like bubble baths prepared for us after a long day of excursions. I cannot wait to return!

We had a phenomenal experience at Sandals Montego Bay!! I cannot say enough good things about our trip. SMB truly exceeded our expectations on every level. We were blown away by the beauty of the resort and were treated like royalty by the staff. The entire team was so much fun to be around and made sure we had a great time. As for the food, we weren't sure what to expect at an all-inclusive resort, but it was absolutely 5-star dining! We loved all of the restaurants and it would be impossible to choose a favorite, but must-try ones are Butch's, Soy Sushi, Cucina Romana and Stew Fish. The drinks were great too and I'll miss sipping Bob Marleys by the beach every day! I also loved that the resort was not jam-packed with people - it's spacious enough where there are plenty of places to relax and hangout without feeling like everyone's on top of each other. We felt so at home at Sandals Montego Bay and want to come back again and again! Highly highly recommend this resort!

Staff was always courteous, friendly, and responsive to your needs and request.

They are under construction right now so the construction noise is on going but it's "No Problem, Mon"! The views, staff, food & activities will take your mind off the construction! I can't wait to return and see all the beautiful changes completed!

For our honeymoon, we booked a junior honeymoon suite but then a few days later decided to upgrade to a nicer, PRICIER, more private suite. We booked the second room on a different/new credit card thinking we would easily get a refund on the first room, since they claim you have months to get your refund/deposit back. We have waited six weeks, numerous calls and this is the third time in those six weeks they've said our refund has been processed and even expidited and STILL we have not received our $1,500 deposit for that first room. They bs around putting you on hold and transferring you only to be told, "the manager is away from office". I'm so extremely regretful of wasting my money, A LOT OF IT, and time on this place.

We had some initial issues with the room which were sorted the next day so I am changing my review. Thank you Club Sandals for listening to our concerns and sorting it out ... We are enjoying our stay here - some suggestions for improvement is to heat the pool with the swim up bar which is very cold. Also more restroom facilities and beech parasols. Also where you have basketball court I think you should build a main pool as I have never seen anyone play basketball and your main pool is too small... also your coffee shop is too small so if you could make it bigger or move to another location thar would make the place 5 star. This place is absolutely beautiful and the service is top notch

Love Sandals Montego Bay, General Manager Dawn Smith is one of the brightest stars in the Sandals universe, she makes sure that all of her guests have the best vacation possible. Bartenders Jermaine, Damain, Ackeem, Andrew, Milton, and Kenroy provide a fun environment to enjoy a cocktail, day and evening. Nascha from the butler service is the main reason we keep going back Sandals Montego Bay, love her and her warm hospitality.

Don't bother coming unless you get the Butler service.

Hotel and staff was overall nice...the furniture in the room was a bit dated but great experience overall

Sandals is just next level when it comes to vacationing. Beautiful location, amazing staff (Shout out to Sasha at Soy and Horace at The Cricketer). All in all, the food is outstanding (A few not so great ones) but as a whole, extremely good food.
The staff is absolutely outstanding and always goes above and beyond and did a great job ensuring everything was clean at all times.
We were disappointed that we couldn t go to the Barbados resort, as originally planned (Thanks COVID.....)

But Montego Bay was a GREAT consolation prize. The resort would also make a bomb Call of Duty map, but that s just the first thing I noticed when I arrived (Am I right, men?)

Don't get me wrong the place was beautiful, water was perfect, and the service was good.
For an all inclusive they really try to limit you on the good food. It's almost impossible to get a reservation at a nicer restaurant. The one steak restaurant is only open for like 4 hours and they leave half the seats open. If you do get in the portions are very small. So don't be afraid to order 2/3 appetisers and 2 main courses. Only one restaurant for breakfast, lunch ends early, the options are limited. I expected to eat whatever I wanted when I wanted.
It's right next to the airport. The first couple times I heard them fly over I actually got scared a little thinking they were going to crash in. Yes they are that close. you will hear plains constantly. If you are in the middle of a conversation forget about it. you might as well just pause for a minute. You won't even be able to hear yourself think. If you want to sleep in they will wake you up. This was the most annoying part of the trip. It's not relaxing at all when they pass.
Nightlife is non-existent. Very little to do at night. They have a little party in the "living room" that was sometimes ok.
Overall for the price. I wish I would of done more research. I feel like better deals are out there.

Great place!! Relaxing, enjoyable, friendly staff, good location and facilities

Staying at Sandles Carlyle and took a trip to Montego Bay for dinner. Had a great table at Tokyo Jo's right on the sea. I really enjoyed my meal. The fried rice was okay but my wife didn't enjoy her white rice.

I think that Royal Caribbean is nicer, better service and smaller.

Nice but noisy. Very nice resort with great amenities... But... Being adjacent to the airport means a noisy day on the beach... Sound blasts for about 10 seconds about every 15 minutes. Restaurants and bars abound.. and they are top notch. Staff are abundant and friendly.. and efficient. We stayed at the Royal Caribbean resort and spent the day at Montego Bay... So can't review the rooms.

Awesome facility, faculty, accommodations, food, water and scenery!

Cheap alcohol, cheap food, main pool was under construction and they didnt bother telling us. the royal Caribbean is located feet away from the airport so that makes it even noisier. Our butler gave us this horrible feeling for not tipping her everytime she brought us something.. We dont go to all inclusives to be carrying cash in or pockets(most of the time we have baithing suits anyway -.- we gave her really good tip at the end of our stay but she made herself look like an ass. Also, not everything is inclusive, scuba diving you gotta pay for, if you want to watch movies in your room you have to buy the movie and they are each $15+. The city itself is ugly and dangerous and they just dumped us at margarita ville at 9pm without telling us the 1st pick up to go back to the reasort was at 1am.. Everyone tries to get as much dollars from you as possible.. Never going back!

Love this place. Home away from home. The people here are absolutely the best. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very patient. And don't get me started on the food. It's everywhere! And delicious. Do you and your spouse a favor, come stay at Sandals Montego Bay. You won't regret it!

Stayed at the Carlyle at night, went to the other two sandals during the day. It's the economic way to do it :)

REDICULOUS PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET.

The promotions are misleading. The only reason I booked so far in advance was because they were running a promotion for a $600 credit, which I thought was to use on location for excursions or spa. I was then told (after DAYS of trying to communicate with these people in the concierge office) that it "had already been applied to our balance we owed." Which didn't make sense to me, because when I had done the math upon booking the price was the same, not less. So we didn't get to do any excursions/additional activities that we were looking forward to, since they were also overpriced.

Our arrival to the MBJ airport was a total nightmare. They were in the middle of doing some kind of remodeling to the "Sandals arrival area" so it was a mess. We didn't know where to go, as there was NO ONE to direct us. We spotted some people wearing sandals shirts but we could barely understand what they were saying and it was clear they didn't know what they were doing. Then they told us to go wait in the wrong area and were TOTALLY disorganized. We were supposed to have a private BMW ride to the resort, but they tried putting us on a bus, which is not what we paid for. So we waited (right in front of parked BMW's) for over an hour just for them to get it figured out.

We booked a "club level" room for our honeymoon. The smell of mold was overpowering and the fan needed some DW40. Also, these cheapskates won't let you turn down the A/C below 68 on the room control panel. The room was always hot and muggy. It probably never even got below 74 in that room. I'm pretty sure the A/C was broken. The room is 502 in case anyone is wondering. The squeaky fan was no help either. The bed was uncomfortable and rock hard. You would think paying $600 per day to stay there, you'd get a decent bed. I was expecting memory foam at least. I can't imagine what the lower level rooms are like.

The food was very average, even at the "5 star" restaurants. I honestly could've eaten better food at home, locally. It was all very bland as well. Portion sizes are insanely small. So plan on leaving hungry. The room service took forever, so you might as well not even use it. If we ever ordered any food from room service, it was already cold or soggy by the time it got there. I think we waited over an hour one night for our dinner via room service, since all the restaurants stay booked (they don't tell you about that either). If you plan on eating at Butch's you need to make reservations as soon as you get there or else you'll never get to eat there otherwise. It's pretty absurd that they won't let you reserve before you get there.

We took a trip to the nearby Royal Caribbean resort to eat at the French restaurant, which was a waste of time. The food was awful and completely bland. Don't even waste your time going to that resort because it is so cramped, not updated, and tiny. Not much to do or see at all. Plus, all the construction going on is disturbing.

The beaches are rocky and hard, and there's this awful smelling seaweed that washes up on shore every day, which is also unpleasant to look at. The water was only clear for a day or two during our week stay. It poured rain for HOURS at night several times, not just a "few minutes in the afternoon" like they tell people.

Another terrible thing is that I could never understand the staff. It was really hard to communicate with them for anything. Concierge service was a joke; I don't even know why they advertise it. They also have local "vendors" that come out every once and a while at night and try to harass you to buy ridiculously priced items (that you can get in the sandals gift shop for WAY cheaper). They literally made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. They probably would have robbed me if they weren't on sandals property.

Overall, your value for money is pretty much wasted. Don't book unless you want to throw away your money. Probably won't ever stay at a Sandals resort again.

It is amazing place to go for vacation one of the best in the world, advise anyone going to the Caribbean go to Jamaica at sandals is it best of this best, they pamper you like a baby it is great beyond the greatest God bless peace Unity, One Love!!!

5 Star All Inclusive Resort in a stunning beachfront setting

Everything was enjoyable with the exception of the air conditioning going out in our room. Once we notified the staff, we waited on maintenance man for 40 minutes. He couldn't get it resolved and said he was going to work on it. Waited longer until we had to leave for dinner reservation. Called desk to ask about leaving, they said to go ahead, they were still working on it. Got back from dinner, still no air. Called front desk, they wanted to know if we had contacted maintenance. Kind of annoyed at this point. Went down to front desk to complain about the time it was taking to resolve the issue. After checking with the manager they decided to move us. In fairness, they upgraded us from a regular room to a seaside bungalo. This did make up for the delay in resolution.

The resort is across from the Sangsters international airport in Montego Bay. One of the best All inclusive hote the food, service is great

Was impressed by the overall experience. However, the two reservation-only restaurants were a complete disappointment. The Italian restaurant was so bland, we did not enjoy the food at all. The last night we ate at Butch s. After they fit us in for a reservation on our last night at 9 pm, we had high hopes! Unfortunately, the steaks were grey!!!! It was very suspicious meat. Then, we both ordered baked potatoes and they made us SHARE one. AND our waitress was soooo rude. Would NOT recommend wasting your time or energy on those restaurants, because you will be left hungry and disappointed.

Only bad thing was confusion on checking out and its literally right next to the airport....RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

Awesome resort, lots to do, need to get rooms with Butler service in it.

As compared to our Sandals trip the prior year in over-the-water bungalows at South Coast, we need to give this stay a 3 star. We had no idea our swim up butler room would be within a football field of the MB airport runway or that the noise from the planes would be such a distraction from enjoying this wonderful facility. The food and drinks were good, though we were surprised to find butler service is from 8am to 8pm and that each butler has 9 rooms when the prior year it was one butler for 3 rooms and there was 24 hour service. Each was defined as "Elite Butler Service". Had we been better informed of the differences and location we would have rated this facility better. All in all, we made the best of it and enjoyed our time off.

I wanted so badly to leave a better review, but it would be untrue to do so. First day we were brought to a room that was not ours. Apparently we had been "upgraded" and no one bothered to mention it to us. This upgraded room was much older than the room we had booked online. We say something to the provided butler for our suite and he has no idea and leaves us in the room for 25 minutes while he goes to get a manager to explain they had overbooked sorry nothing they can do.

The next day my wife and I are supposed to get a couples massage at 10:30. We show up at 10:10 as instructed to do paperwork. We do this and the manager of the spa says we will be helped out momentarily. At 10:35 the manager says just a few more minutes. At 10:45 we are told so sorry they overbooked. We can either have a massage separately, which I explained was not what we wanted as this was our honeymoon, or we can rush to a pier and go get a massage at 11. That didn't sound appealing either so we had to wait until 12 to get the massage we booked at 10:30 2 weeks prior.

As mentioned our suite came with the butler services. The time was split between two men and we were provided a cell phone to reach them and them us. The first one we met was Chevon. He was mediocre, unwelcoming and never bothered to meet us in person if he didn't need to. On the flip side, his compatriot Carl was wonderful. I could not have asked anything else of him.

A lot of the food we had was wonderful. The steaks were subpar and grisly but I had been told to expect this from Carribean steak. My main comment here is about the service. At some places it was awesome, The Oleander Room comes to mind, while at others you felt as if you were a distraction or after thought.

Finally, the cherry on the whole trip, our last night as we are packing... on the third floor, I walk out of the bathroom and a cockroach the size of a half dollar stops right in front of me. It came from inside our room and headed towards the door so God knows where it got in at. I notified management and they said ok do you want us to send up housekeeping? By this point I had brushed it out of the room with a towel. They said they would spray the room down tomorrow thanks for the feedback. Not the response I was looking for after spending thousands of dollars on a honeymoon.

We met quite a few couples on our trip here that swear by Sandals and have been coming for years. I was hoping to be one of those couples. Unfortunately I work to hard for my money to throw it at a place that clearly doesn't care. I will look elsewhere in the future. The reason for 2 and not 1 star honestly is Carl, the beaches, and most of the food.... I write this in my hotel bed as I am too anxious to sleep now knowing we have little friends with us.

Renewed my vowels with my wife they were most courtious and helpful people really enjoyed. can't wait to go back SOON

Nice place. Was here for a full day pass but left shortly after dinner. Staff members were friendly and the food was good. Had a great fish in foil at Stewfish. And pretty much was just lazy for the entire day. Moving from d sea side to the jacuzzi...

People are afraid to travel and we are happy we went to Sandals. The high safety protocol, everyone of the staff wore mask, hand sanitizer everywhere on the property was wonderful. The staff, rooms, food and drinks was amazing. Go visit Sandals Montego Bay for a wonderful vacation. Thank you Janet Moody Travel for a well planned adventure.

Me and my wife had a six night stay at this resort. Our room was a pool side garden view with a pool swim up to the room. This resort is beautiful with great friendly staff and wonderful service! All the restaurants have great food, the orleander room has the best food. It is reservation only but it is worth it! The only thing that I could say is bad is it is right next to the airport. But when we go back to Jamaica we will definitely book at the same resort!
