From the quality of the terminals to customer service for me the purest disaster ... Unfortunately, even after years no improvement. A particularly deterrent example for me is the online shop, which unfortunately does not quite meet my expectations in terms of organization, quality and customer service.

Samsung Note 7, then bought the replacement shortly thereafter the feeder of the device. Purchased accessories have indeed taken back the I dealer, but Samsung is not ready to refund my shipping expenses here, as I am waiting since the 21.10.16 on the repayment of 828 euros from the Note 7, Samsung is stupid and thinks that it is 2- 3 weeks until the amount of the 7th grade is paid back. Great club! Samsung is now working since 21/10/16 with my money, a mess without end, as well as with my return shipping costs of the accessories which I can not continue to use.
Samsung says that the German end customer is stupid and can offer that one pulps everything with lapidary e-mails or does not respond to write-backs.
Samsung is the very last club and I will never again buy a device from them if so handled with the customer, one bears their problems in the purse of customers like me, am I a bank or even Croesus? I do not think so and what can I ask for if a device is taken back because of manufacturer deficiencies from the market and is confiscated. Hey Samsung, is the customer passing you around the most valuable way to do that with one ?! Also the fact that as a buyer I now dispose of the no longer usable electronic waste - garbage (power supply headphone cable replacement pins) for you also because you wanted ONLY the phone without everything, but so you can also save disposal costs.
Who asks me now if I am disappointed in this company, YES and that completely.
Thank you, Samsung, for giving you interest-free loans and for having to take extra money into Samsung's hands so that I can get rid of the unusable accessories.
On such a business behavior is shitty on it!

And I write this only because everyone else should also know how to deal with me specifically.

I've always been a fan of Samsung devices and have only bought Samsung for the past 10 years!
We have now ordered the samsung galaxy z fold 2.
I sent it to a friend abroad as a gift and applied for the EU activation code on December 18. At that time it was called 2-3 days. In the meantime more than 2 weeks have passed and I am told again and again "what work on it, that takes, wait another 2-3 days"

Last Monday I got a call with the 100% promise that I would get the code on 01.01.21 by email. Today I called again and was told that it has to be applied for again.
The device has only been lying around since 18 dec and cannot be used. The employees don't say what's going on either, they just say that it will take time and that we should wait.

But when it comes to paying off the installments, they have no patience and send reminders.

That is so outrageous, and it was the last product that I ordered from Samsung .... !!!!!

I am very unhappy with customer service. I only get flimsy answers and I'm really wondering why I ordered my new Samsung S9 directly from Samsung. The device is delivered BEFORE at many other retailers and is also cheaper through various promotions than on the Samsung homepage.

Now I have to complain about the exchange campaign. My flawless Galaxy S6 allegedly has scratches, nicks, touchscreen should not work etc pp. The cell phone was sent to this partner company in perfect and fully functional condition (proof photos were taken beforehand). Of course, I did not accept the ridiculous offer of 0 euros for my Galaxy S6, but as a customer I feel hugely pissed off by the whole range of attractions and procedures. That was a flop offer from SAMSUNG! Regret the purchase very much!

I will never again take part in the cashback campaign. At the end of June I bought a device for 999 euros with 100 euros cashback. After 1 month the device is traded for 899 euros. And as of today even for 789 euros at the dealer and the hammer is THE CASHBACK IS STILL NOT UP FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS SEVERAL CALLS WERE NOTHING !!!
P.S.
Status as valid and amount instructed the money will come in the next few days has been for more than 1 month.
Payment should be made within 45 working days now 66 days are around.

The products are - at least partially - really top, but the service and employees are really "the last thing". Unfortunately, I recently had an absolutely negative experience with Samsung with a pre-order.
Ordered on time - paid immediately - and then ... no consideration / no notification / no information despite various calls / to top it off, still outrageous and cheeky service staff!

After I had already ordered a cell phone there in May, I wanted to order a cell phone there. Unfortunately the website refused to pay. Just on the subject: same credit card, but didn't work. The hotline suggested another browser because of cookie difficulties. So, instead of Internet Explorer again Vivaldi. Same result. The hotline again: probably a server problem, I should try it again. The M31 is available here for 239 euros. With Mr. Bezos it costs 40 euros more. Man, I thought Samsung was a world-class company and not a nerve-wracking squeeze company.

Absolutely miserable customer service and questionable guarantee provisions!

Background:

My soundbar HW-N950 no longer connects to my Samsung TV via TV-ARC due to a technical defect.

After analyzing the error, I received the answer that I should send in the Sounbar.

"Guarantee": Now it becomes shameful for Samsung, whose guarantee conditions for audio & video says and I quote "Send the device in a transport-safe packaging (not the original box). Say Samsung prescribes to the end user that it does not have its own original box At the same time, Samsung refuses to cover the packaging costs in my case about 30 .

The consumer advice center may u. a. decide.

The end consumer also remains on the postage costs, in my case 50. So a total of 80 and that at a soundbar. I wonder what the cost of a TV is.

I wonder if these provisions were chosen specifically?

In total I bought 6 Samsung devices in my household. a. because I read positive reviews about customer service. However, I can confirm this exactly 0 and will certainly not buy another Samsung device.

after 50 km and an hour of traffic jam I arrived at Schwalbach at 17:02 at the "Service" (haha) center. The "service" employee, who was counting the money in the cash register, told me that they had already closed and that I should come back on Tuesday. When he was told that there are people who also have to go to work for a cell phone costing 500 euros, he said bored that he couldn't change that. Alternatively I can use my cell phone for 3 WEEKS !!! send in (in which world do they live ?!). A replacement device cannot be provided because ATTENTION! Samsung only received the two stars for a very good phone call and good set-up of a TV set in 2013.

- In the past, Samsung had rather disappointed us, e.g. with a combination microwave. The broken, ceramic catch under the plate was sold for almost the price of gold.

- A Galaxy S5 in recent years has been a catastrophe. The internal memory wasn't even enough for the usual Google apps!
And - above all - the main activity with the device was charging.

- Technology, software and service for the Galaxy A50 are almost underground. On November 26th, 2020 we received an apology by email from Samsung, neither help nor device or money.
After the infamous November update, suddenly Google Fit stopped working. We couldn't find the training activities anymore. Customer service was friendly but helpless. An appointment for a callback by a Samsung tutor has been arranged.
He just explained: The software is on the device, but not from us. Neither advice nor help from Mr N.
After resetting to the factory settings, I managed to get the device working again in about two days. About 60% of the apps and the data were gone despite multiple backups. The well-known backup methods from Google and Samsung do not exactly back up completely.
That's a service in the age of digitization.

The quality of the cell phones is really below all pig. Cheapest parts. If something fails, everything is done within the guarantee period to blame the customer. Then there are many unqualified statements. The employees are encouraged to just tell customers crap without any background. The employees are not even aware of their own technical specifications. Technical background knowledge? Not there. Exactly for this reason, Samsung ONLY brings household electronics into my house. At least that works, mostly.

It was a bit long ago, but at that time there was no way to rate Samsung Electronics or their products.

Back in 2008, when we moved into the new house, we ordered and bought a double-sided Samsung refrigerator (RSE8KGPS1XEG) for around 3500 euros. Back then it had almost everything you would expect from a refrigerator. Unfortunately, it broke after three and a half years and the following parts had to be replaced, cooling unit and the display. We then paid around 300 euros to replace the aggregate. The company that had carried out the repairs then informed us that the display was no longer available or available.
So we had to use the refrigerator without ice, which annoyed us very much.
I communicated this directly to Samsung Electronics in Schwalbach. However, there was no response or apology whatsoever which made us very upset.
A refrigerator for 600 euros would have lasted 10 years and a Samsung refrigerator for 3500 euros had not even lasted over 3.5 years. Despite multiple complaints, Samsung did not respond.
We then said goodbye to all Samsung devices (TV, notebook, cell phones, dust robots, refrigerators, etc.) and have only been using competing models such as Apple, LG, etc. since then.
At least these do not break after 3.5 years and the spare parts are still available.

A company that advertises that much money should work more on service and customer satisfaction than a company from a third country.
