On December 27, 2019, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, which I have not received to date. After multiple requests, the support gave me hypocritical excuses "I should be patient". In the meantime, I have canceled the purchase contract. However, Samsung does not want to reimburse the purchase price of 439 euros. Absolutely dubious business that I would not have expected from a company like Samsung. Tomorrow the matter goes to the lawyer. In the future I will do without Samsung products.
