Samsung only received the two stars for a very good phone call and good set-up of a TV set in 2013.

- In the past, Samsung had rather disappointed us, e.g. with a combination microwave. The broken, ceramic catch under the plate was sold for almost the price of gold.

- A Galaxy S5 in recent years has been a catastrophe. The internal memory wasn't even enough for the usual Google apps!
And - above all - the main activity with the device was charging.

- Technology, software and service for the Galaxy A50 are almost underground. On November 26th, 2020 we received an apology by email from Samsung, neither help nor device or money.
After the infamous November update, suddenly Google Fit stopped working. We couldn't find the training activities anymore. Customer service was friendly but helpless. An appointment for a callback by a Samsung tutor has been arranged.
He just explained: The software is on the device, but not from us. Neither advice nor help from Mr N.
After resetting to the factory settings, I managed to get the device working again in about two days. About 60% of the apps and the data were gone despite multiple backups. The well-known backup methods from Google and Samsung do not exactly back up completely.
That's a service in the age of digitization.
