after 50 km and an hour of traffic jam I arrived at Schwalbach at 17:02 at the "Service" (haha) center. The "service" employee, who was counting the money in the cash register, told me that they had already closed and that I should come back on Tuesday. When he was told that there are people who also have to go to work for a cell phone costing 500 euros, he said bored that he couldn't change that. Alternatively I can use my cell phone for 3 WEEKS !!! send in (in which world do they live ?!). A replacement device cannot be provided because ATTENTION! "so many devices are sent in that one device cannot be made available to everyone". I've read a lot of bad things about Samsung support, but I couldn't imagine that it was so catastrophic ...
