I've always been a fan of Samsung devices and have only bought Samsung for the past 10 years!
We have now ordered the samsung galaxy z fold 2.
I sent it to a friend abroad as a gift and applied for the EU activation code on December 18. At that time it was called 2-3 days. In the meantime more than 2 weeks have passed and I am told again and again "what work on it, that takes, wait another 2-3 days"
Last Monday I got a call with the 100% promise that I would get the code on 01.01.21 by email. Today I called again and was told that it has to be applied for again.
The device has only been lying around since 18 dec and cannot be used. The employees don't say what's going on either, they just say that it will take time and that we should wait.
But when it comes to paying off the installments, they have no patience and send reminders.
That is so outrageous, and it was the last product that I ordered from Samsung .... !!!!!
